Flush King Plumbing receives mixed reviews. Positive reviews highlight prompt service, quality work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service, with specific praise for Chris, Anthony, Tom, and Tyler. Negative reviews accuse the company of shady practices, particularly regarding insurance claims, excessive pricing, and causing unnecessary damage during a sewage line repair. Chris and Anthony at Flush King are top notch. I’ve called Chris the owner many times for different plumbing needs. This time was water service hook up for a new building on my property. Called in the morning, 4 hours later Anthony arrived and did a first class job getting things squared away. Fair priced and used quality parts. It was incredible work, and he was fast. Thanks Flush King, another great job!

If I could give less, I would. Shady company just looking for a quick dime. We had used this company multiple times in the past with no issues. But as of a few weeks ago we had a call go into our old condo rental where they told us the sewage line had collapsed and needed immediate action. We were scared, unsure what to do. Our lean was to go with insurance first to figure out coverage, have them come out and do everything by the letter. But their technician kept sweet talking us into it, saying that we didn't want to do that, that it would create more issues and potentially not receive the coverage we needed. They said they would help us navigate the insurance and ensure they would provide pictures and information to get as much coverage. We hesitated all day, the guy called probably upwards of 3-4 times to continue to talk to us about it. Even had his buddy restoration company call us to do the same and ensure us it would all be okay. All this was done to just make money off of us. A few weeks later and this company hasn't even had contact with my insurance, just last week sending the invoice with the pictures needed. And now guess what, they're asking for their money which by the way, came out 28k. This is for a 1500 sqft 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that needed sewage fixed and plumbing lines. Seems a bit excessive no? Yup! This is why you should always just go through insurance, as these jobs should really close about 12-20k max. Owner called today demanding the remaining 7k that I refused to send until my insurance claims are settled like any normal decent straight forward plumbing company would do. Since I'm not paying, the gentleman is going to submit a lien on my condo. Again I never said i would never pay him but until everything was settled. Their restoration buddy company called Maximus also came in and made so much unnecessary damage to the property, breaking a whole closet where no plumbing was located, breaking my countertop when it wasn't needed ( now I have to replace the whole thing since it's 5 years old and won't be able to match it). Taking out perfectly working tubs and damaging them. Damaging my bathroom vanities as well. You'd think an earthquake came through here, but of course they're not taking any ownership of that because it "wasnt them" just their buddy down the street they give all the restoration jobs to. My hope is that this helps any owners looking for a reputable company to not use this one and also dealing with the stress of their investment property falling apart. Don't let these crooks talk you into skipping the insurance process. Next steps will be to go to city to report contractor license and BBB and this company is actively asking homeowners to not go through insurance then turning around and wanting their money. This Chris guy got all tough and rude with my wife and contractor over the phone but ended up hanging up on me when I told him I wouldn't pay his remaining 7k until insurance was settled. Hmm I wonder why it's a reoccurring issue with large jobs that give you a 1 star? Could it possibly be because you are running a shady business with techs being coached to talk clients into these jobs without going through insurance first? Contractor update- piling on the reckless demo that took place here, my living room and front has no electricity and an electrician was able to track it down to an electric conduit that was damaged underneath the laundry room when it was opened up. It wasn't fixed so now the contractor will need to open up floor again and fixed conduit to restore electricity to front and living room.

Used Flush King today (March '25) for some repairs on toilet plumbing that I tried doing myself and they were awesome. I have used them before and not sure if I wrote a review previously, but the work then was fantastic. Today, it was again an AWESOME experience with great pricing with stellar customer service. There are many options for plumbing services in the valley, you would be smart to give them a call first for your plumbing needs as they offer it all - Great customer service, great price and high quality work.

Flush King is amazing! Response within 10 minutes on a Saturday night. All text based. Actual human. No phone calls. Water heater replaced the next day. No fuss. Airbnb guests happy. What else could I ask for? The option to hand out a special 6th star maybe? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 Quality products (Rheem & American Valve). Quality advice and quality service from highly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced people (Chris & Larry). Quality tools (Milwaukee & Mercedes). I know this is going to last. Because we speak the same language even when we're in tough and unexpected situations. Thank you, Flush King! For knowing how to communicate with disabled people. And for making your services accessible to all of us. At any time of the day. Or night. Until next time. 🙏🏻♿️😊

I broke a toliet trying to replace a seat. Chris answered my quote for a replacement almost immediately..even on Thanksgiving day. He had a tech out to me as soon as it was convenient for me. The tech replaced both my toliets and was very professional. 100% will recommend and use again if needed. S

We moved into a house that didn’t have a utility sink in the laundry room. Tom came in and installed the drain and supply line from and to the sink. He cut through the sheet rock and after he was done, he put the sheet rock back. All that had to be done was tape and mud. Easy peasy! Would definitely recommend this company.

The work your specialist did to rebuild my hose bib and to fix the leak in the water main was, without any exaggeration, a work of art! He was careful, he quietly assessed what needed to be done, explained it all to me and got to work. He definitely knew what was required and he delivered flawlessly. You’re on my short list of quality contractors whom i would use again, and readily recommend without hesitation.
