Andrew is not only a fantastic plumber but a genuine person. He has installed both a new sink and reverse osmosis system. He is reliable and honest and never fails to complete the best quality work. I trust him to do any work with excellence and he is easy to have in the house. I would not have hot water to wash dishes with if it were not for him! Furthermore, he is a jack of all trades and always willing to lend a helping hand. He even does free home estimates. Thanks Andrew you are the best.

I don’t even know where to start but Andrew and platinum plumbing is an A++++++ company. My bathrooms flooded and he set me up with another company for the restoration work to be completed. He then came out the next day multiple times to fix the leaking plumbing. Nonetheless he came out on Mother’s Day to finish up the project. He is a very honest and upfront about everything. Andrew is Very respectful and reasonable for the work that he completed. His quality of work is amazing. He also had great communication with me during the 2 day project and informed of what was going on multiple times. If you ever need a plumber he is the one to use. I will definitely refer you to anybody that I hear with plumbing issues. Seriously I cannot thank you enough during this stressful situation. Use Platinum plumbing on your next project !!!!!!!

Andrew performed a miracle reworking all the old pipes and drain. A plumbing nightmare turned into a lovely guest bath.

Andrew is great at what he does, offers his services at a very fair price and is a really nice guy! We’ve had our outdoor hose spigot replaced, two shower faucets repaired/replaced and he just installed a new whole house water filtration system. He’s a small local business that we happily support. Andrew was incredibly patient and professional in diagnosing our water heater issues. He worked over the course of a couple of days to troubleshoot, making it a priority for us to get hot water in the middle of winter at the end of January. Truly great to work with and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company!

What hasn’t already been said about Andrew and Platinum Services? Integrity…check. Trustworthy…check. Prompt…check. This guy is legit and a great asset to the plumbing community and our neighborhood! I’m performing my own remodel and asked Andrew if he could provide some expert advice on how I wanted to run my plumbing. I wanted to make sure I was going down the right path and adhering to code. I was willing to compensate him for his time, but Andrew refused. Not only did he review what I was planning, but he also gave me some ideas about additional features. Makes decisions much easier knowing there’s a trusted resource to go to.

Andrew and his team are seriously the BEST plumbers in the business. Not only are they super personable but they instantly make you feel confident that they will find and fix whatever your plumbing related issue is. I have used Andrew for two properties and he has always been very honest, made excellent suggestions that either saved me money or took care of a complex issue in a creative way, and followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. Andrew is also just a great human. You won't hire another plumber once you work with Andrew.

We had an issue and needed an emergency service call. Andrew answered the phone and got a team mate out to us immediately. They were able to solve the issue and minimize the damage. Later, we needed additional services, and we reached out again. As before, Andrew answered the phone. He listened, asked the right questions and came up with a plan. This is an incredibly well run company with tremendous service and communication.
