Tommy Burnett came out to discuss descaling my old cast iron pipes. At this point I had been without a functioning shower for weeks. One clogged and one under renovation. Just before he left... you could see he saw this front bathroom clog as some kind of challenge 🤔. He asked "Do you mind if I give it a try?" He told me what it would cost if he succeeded. Confident he would be no diffrent than any of the others and destined to fail, I said go for it. Well... gess what 😳 ? I am enjoying my front bathroom again. Tommy Burnett succeeded where others had failed.

Was so relieved to be able to make an appointment the day I called. They fixed my problem and two other plumbing problems while they were here. Would recommend.
