After getting a few bids from other plumbers for a main valve repair, I reached out to others in the community and Burnett (Tommy) came recommended. He was very responsive, and he immediately explained the issue and provided a quote for repair. He came out the very next day, communicating his status throughout the day. Also while he was here, he took a look at another plumbing concern I had, and instead of trying to upsell me, he explained the most economical way to address it that did not require him repairing it. However, he still provided options and quotes if he were to do the repair himself. Overall, I am very happy with the service he provided to me this evening and grateful for the work he did, his honesty, transparency, and reasonable prices.

Just had Tommy Burnett out with Burnett’s plumbing to add an irrigation line to my main water line. This guy was extremely fast and efficient and also came in less than half of what everyone else had quoted for me. He was extremely personable and very kind. Tommy was great for coming out on a Saturday to help me replace our kitchen faucet and broken water valve. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He was also helpful in advising me about an R.O. system and whole house filtration system.

Tommy was prompt, cheerful, professional, and explained everything he was doing. If he was running a bit late, he always kept me In the loop. Total transparency in his work And reasonable. He faced several unique challenges with my house, but he never let Throw him off his game. I would highly recommend Him.

Scheduled Burnett's (Tommy) to flush my hot water heater. He did a very thorough job, spending extra time to ensure it was flushed completely. He took great care and explanation of what was happening throughout the process. I also appreciated him adding a new value on the unit. Tommy cleared it all up and no DEMOLITION needed!!! Tommy was well worth the visit, after two previous visits by two other companies/under a warranty...and after much frustration and worry! Thanks to Tommy Burnett for actually seeking/finding and dissolving/resolving the PLUG in my OLD Cast Iron system and did it directly "from the ROOF", pushing through the plug with just his own camera!... (Something WARRANTY companies will not do!) Tommy got 'er done! He was ALSO able to push out a plastic camera device driver that was "left-in" by the 2nd plumbing company that had come previously...(Which would've eventually caused another BIG PROBLEM PLUG!) Knowledgeable, determined, thoughtful and very resourceful - I'm very grateful for Tommy's diligence! A HUGE HELP!
