Tyler was great today during my maintenance service. I was working and he discreetly worked in the background and was very polite. All around I’ve had a great experience with this company from having my new AC installed 4 years ago until now with all my regular maintenance. They are easy to schedule with as they just text me and Cheri and Linda are always so helpful. Every service I’ve had the workers are polite and great with my dogs as an added bonus. Couldn’t recommend Grand Canyon enough!

Tyler just completed our spring check-up. Wow! He arrived on schedule, was extremely professional, explained everything he did, offered additional services without being pushy, and was very personable. People like Tyler are what I've come to expect from Grand Canyon and that's why I will continue to use Grand Canyon. Quality people and a quality company.

This was my first time using GCHS and I don't normally leave reviews, but the professionalism, quality of workmanship, efficiency, communication, and management engagement, blew me away. The service technician reached out the day before, showed up on time, communicated what my issue was, gave me some options, ordered parts, and then completed the water heater replacement for my daughter's condo the same day. Tyler was professionally dressed and got right to work. I felt very comfortable to have him working on our home. I had some questions regarding the process of my repair and Linda, the office manager, and then the owner called me back. Wow! Both so professional, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. After the repair, Tyler communicated to me what was done and ASKED if I was satisfied. I received a text from Linda the next day following up to see how our water heater was working. Great communication from all, great work from Tyler, and engaged owners and management, I'm taken back. That is not the norm nowadays. Thank you GCHS

We had the honor of working with Brandon and I will never go through another company again. Brandon was diligent, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Crazy story: there was a family of wild rabbits who made a home under one of our units. Brandon noticed and he saved the family. I believe he even nurtured one of the babies back to good health. I don’t know where he got the rabbits milk from but like he said “If there is a will, there is a way”. Brandon helped us name the runt, we went with Harry… because he is a hare and it goes nicely with my last name. If you are looking for a company that will do the right thing and will go above and beyond… then Grand Canyon is what you are looking for! Thanks Brandon!!! PS Harry says hello!

Tyler was a great tech and was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Everything he said he was going do he did and properly documented to show proof! He is a great addition to the company.

A year and one month ago I had Grand Canyon come out to fix a faulty water heater. A year and a month later same problem occurs broken and I’m told nothing is covered under parts warranty and pony up either $1100 or $2300 for a new one. I asked if they could help with the repair cost as I just paid over $1000 last time and in a year the same thing broke and they said they would call back and never did. Also was told I was only going to get charged $60 for someone to come out got charged $150 and said it was for their time. What a joke never again stay clear beware super overpriced as well

2nd time using grand canyon home services for my HVAC needs. Everything went smoothly from scheduling to diagnostics to quotes and work completed. Easy, prompt communication with the whole team. Brandon sent over options to choose from and explained each one throughly, including optional upgrades to help system run more efficiently. Everything was done clearly, professionally, and pricing was transparent. Will continue to use Grand Canyon for future hvac needs.
