This was our 1st time using Patriotic Plumbing we couldn’t be any more impressed with the service. After an estimate Bryce went ahead and installed both toilets within the same appointment time. He is very efficient, polite & professional with the installation of the (2) taller toilets for us. We are looking forward to a few more projects in the kitchen and will definitely be scheduling with Patriotic Plumbing in the near future..🇺🇸

In Dec 2024 I hired Patriot Plumbing and Rooter of Phoenix, Arizona, to power clean the drainages in the house. During the process they noted that the water pressure coming to the house from the city was too high and recommended to put a pressure regulator. Since I wanted to get all the work done before the holidays I did not get other estimates to compare. I trusted their charges would be comparable and they will use quality material. Thinking later I felt that their charges were exceedingly high, and they could have used more robust parts. So after the fact I got another plumber to give his opinion. I did not tell him about Patriot. His estimate came to less than half the charges by Patriot, and aligned with my thinking. Regarding the cleaning job, they were supposed to give me the “Before” and “After” photos. I contacted the plumbers who did the work, and later sent a couple of email to the company. To this day I have not received the photos, nor heard from Patriot.

Amazing service from these guys. From the initial estimate and communication with the office to the actual replacement of my sewer pipe, I couldn’t have asked for better service. David was kind and informative when he came and did the estimate. Chris and Alex came to do the replacement of my sewer pipe and were top notch! I went to work in the morning and came home in the evening to a new pipe. Alex and Chris did amazing work and left the yard looking beautiful. I’m super happy this company does trench less replacement and that they were willing to come up to Flagstaff. You don’t get this kind of exceptional service very often and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you so much!!

Patriotic Plumbing is the best plumbing company I've ever hired to perform maintenance on my house. I am a retired Certified Master Home Inspector and Instructor for Arizona and this company is the best. Joseph was the technician and he is probably the most professional, meticulous, knowledgable young techs I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I'm honored to write this review! Patriotic Plumbing was outstanding from the initial contact to hearing the solution to all five long days of working on my house. First, Jason, owner, came out and quoted me a price on the spot. I knew the price was outstanding for the amount of work but upon checking with other pipe bursting companies, his quote was 1/3 of the others!!! Next, communication with me was excellent! The crew started on time, explained the process as they went and kept me in the loop. Each person was so professional, positive and motivated. That said volumes to me about how the company was run. And finally, Mike and Chris were the final crew. They started their shift late afternoon and worked well into the evening (dark) to complete the job on time. What really impressed me was these young men's attitude on a Friday night. They expressed great pride in their workmanship while appearing unconcerned with ending their work week. It felt like each employee was a shareholder and had a personal stake in the company! I cannot impress how great my experience was and it is not anything a person wants to have to do - replacing drain pipes.

Patriot Plumbing was competent and thorough and made it easy to work with them on scheduling and making necessary modifications to our work order. Their financing options were also helpful. Regarding the work, they were trustworthy and considerate and I have to say, they are the hardest working crews I have ever seen. Staying however long they needed to complete whatever needed to be done that day. A special recognition to the team of Chris, Devin, and Charles. I had complete confidence in Chris’ leadership.

We had major plumbing issues both inside and outside needing immediate attention. After contacting Patriotic, Bryce came out right away. It took some ingenuity and hard work, but Bryce, Edwin, and the whole team got it done! They were responsive, supportive, and professional through the entire process. Patriotic Plumbing & Rooter is awesome! Bryce was super professional, communicative, and informative from start to finish getting my outside hose spigot fixed & replaced. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and did an awesome job. Pricing was fair, and the whole experience was smooth. Highly recommend!
