My experience with All Aloha Plumbing from the initial contact on their website to setting up an appointment to being contacted on the phone to be easy and convenient. They came out to see us on a Sunday to install a water heater we already had. Cole, our plumber, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our experience because they were professional, diligent and fair with their prices. We received awesome service and I would easily recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Luis helped us out with a toilet we’ve been struggling with for years. He came in gave us a easy quote we could understand got the parts we needed change out the toilet and we had to fix within like two hours. Highly recommend Louis! He did an outstanding job fixing our master shower, removing heavy calcification, and replacing the shower valve. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Hands down the best customer service I have received from any home repair service of any kind! Technician arrived on time, even though it was after hours. They have professional and good customer service. However, the prices are way too high. We had a dripping bath tub faucet. He offered two options. 1) cutting the water supply and then trying to see which internal part is leaking and possibly replacing it. All for about $800. 2) changing the whole faucet and that would have to be about $1600. Also, service doesn't include cost of parts, as stated in the email quote. We were very surprised. He did mention a possibility of a discount, but even then, how much can a discount of 800 or 1600 save. The price would still be high. It was just a dripping faucet that my old parents couldn't fix, so I called this place for help. If it was like a max of 200, I would have paid on the spot and got it fixed. Anyway, I don't deny that they are very responsive and professional. Customer service was good, too. Note, that there was a 79.50 fee for them to come out after hours and diagnose the problem. Very nice people, but, I wouldn't recommend them because of their super high prices.

Top Notch Honest Company! These guys are honest… could have charged for a re pipe and hope for the best but they wanted to educate me on problems that needed to be adjusted first.
