ASAP Plumbing
Review Summary
ASAP Plumbing has mixed reviews. Positive feedback highlights quick responses, friendly and informative technicians (Vlad, Tim, Robert Plummer), thorough work, and efficient project completion. Negative feedback includes:
- Poor workmanship: Leaving sewage water on a customer's car and parking space, and causing damage during a burst pipe repair.
- Unprofessionalism: Lack of communication, failure to clean up messes, and unresponsive customer service.
- Pricing concerns: Overcharging for short jobs.
- Repeat issues: A customer experienced the same problem recurring within a year of previous repairs, leading to a high bill and a lack of resolution.

They came out same day that I called. Tim was excellent. He explained everything to me and gave me options and noticed the dry wall damage from my old water heater leaking and recommended I get it replaced/repaired before he replaced my system. He even came out on a Sunday to make sure I had hot water ASAP after the dry wall repair was done. He made multiple trips until the job was done right, he was very detail oriented. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend ASAP plumbing and Tim!! Great job guys!

They left dookie water all over my car and parking space. My neighbor asked them to ask me to move my car but they said I could just wash it off. With what hose it's a apartment complex. I have a 6 year old daughter who now has to walk through dookie just to get in my car. Great job leaving dookie all over 👏. Talk about lazy employees who don't deserve a job.

I hired ASAP plumbing to do a burst line under my house. Their equipment broke spraying my house in hydrolic fluid. They said they would take care of it. They however have not cleaned up the mess they made. In addition they damaged interior walls while puling the pipe. Do not use them for any thing they refuse to be held accountable. They have been out 2 times to try and clean this mess up, but have failed. They have not offered any other solutions. Again if you use them and they mess up you will be on your own to fix any damage they cause. I fully expect this to end up in a legal battle at this point. I have tried to call the number you proved in your reply on 11/25/24. The number you gave is not working. Can you verify the number you provided?

The technician that came out was awesome. He was friendly, clean and thorough. One star for the price. I was charged over $200 for 10 minutes of work. He unscrewed the drain, snaked it and was out. I went ahead with the service because I was leaving the next day and did not have time to go through further estimates. If I had I'm sure they would have been half the price. I appreciate the efficiency but that price tag left me feeling underwhelmed and taking advantage of. Boo.

Good afternoon, After reading several reviews, it’s evident that this company struggles with professionalism, and I'm quite disappointed. They don't even deserve a two-star rating; it misleads potential customers into using their services. Last year, I had some work done at my rental property. Due to my schedule, I was unable to inspect the work personally, but I trusted their well-trained technicians and the company's reputation. Unfortunately, just 12 months later, I found myself facing the same issue again. I first reached out on March 10, feeling quite frustrated. The person who answered my call displayed a lack of professionalism and couldn't de-escalate my concerns. They hung up on me after saying a manager would return my call in 15 minutes. No call came, not even the next day, so I had to call back on March 11. Fortunately, this time I spoke with a more competent customer service agent who listened to my concerns and assured me that a manager would get back to me. When I eventually spoke with the manager, I found a complete lack of empathy regarding my situation. However, the manager did schedule a visit for March 12. The technician was supposed to arrive between 3 PM and 5 PM. At 4:19 PM, I missed two calls from the company, and when I called back at 4:22 PM, they informed me that the technician was on his way. The technician arrived, assessed the situation, and claimed they had attempted to contact me for consent before making any repairs. However, I never received any of those calls. I learned from my tenant at 5:38 PM that the technician had been trying to reach me. When I called the company again, a rude representative informed me that the technician had sent me an invoice and was trying to get my prior consent to fix the issue. Again, I reiterated that I never received any calls. The representative mentioned all calls are recorded and that a voice message was supposedly left, so I'm expecting them to provide proof of those claims. What frustrates me most is that I contacted them about the same issue located in the same spot that was "fixed" last year. They charged me a total of $2,933.97 for repairs that, based on the results, were not necessary to resolve the issue. Now, I’ve received a new invoice for $319.11 to fix the exact same problem. This inconsistency in communication and the way these events unfolded make it clear that this company is not taking responsibility for their actions. I am supposed to receive a call from a manager tomorrow, and I expect them to be fully informed of the situation. I'm looking for a solid explanation as to why the $2,933.97 repairs from last year didn’t resolve the issue. As my concluding expectation, I hope this company will reach out to provide a thorough explanation and collaborate with me to resolve the issue in the best way possible. Once everything is settled, I will share my final thoughts on the situation. Thank you.

Since buying an older home I have needed several main projects done. I called around and everyone quoted me for these long projects that would cost an arm and a leg. I found ASAP plumbing randomly and oh my. I am so grateful! I recommend them to everyone. They are always quick to come quote and get a project started. Every employee I have interacted with is so kind and polite and understanding. They go above and beyond every time. Every project has been done efficiently and effectively. As long I'm in the area, I will always use them.

A couple of weeks ago, I found myself in need of emergency assistance for a toilet repair, and I had the pleasure of working with Robert Plummer. Robert was nothing short of amazing—extremely professional and highly knowledgeable. He even replaced several parts that were clearly in need of attention, without me having to ask! He managed to turn what could have been a stressful plumbing issue into a surprisingly pleasant experience—seriously, I couldn’t believe it! At the end of the repair, there was one part he didn’t have with him, so he had to return the following day. He promised to be at my home at 9:30 AM, and sure enough, he showed up right on the dot. He wrapped things up quickly, and the job was done. I truly appreciated his straightforwardness and professionalism throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be recommending him to others and keeping his contact info handy for any future plumbing needs. 5 stars all the way!
