My water softener didn't seem to be working. Collins Comfort sent David over and he found the issue right away. He also suggested we check the rod in my water heater because soft water corrodes the stock rod and sure enough it looked like a rat was chewing on it. He put in one that is more resistant to soft water. David was very knowledgeable and what I like best is he explained what was going on so that I could learn about it. Very very happy with his service.

Mine was a leaking water main line that traversed my property 3 to 4 feet deep. The original installation by Robson Communities was done with cheap materials and not in compliance with building codes. Damon Meredith was knowledgeable, persistent and thorough in completing a very tough job on time and as quoted.

Great company. Eric did a wonderful job getting our water softener working properly again. Eric located the problem right away and fixed it on the spot. Great communication with him and his assistant Sal. They were both very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Eric also pointed out a couple other items concerning our hot water heater that was needed to have it work more efficiently. I feel confident with Collins comfort masters taking care of our water softener from now on, that I even signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. I definitely recommend this company.

Eddie was so awesome! I appreciated him giving me an estimate with options and helping me work through which things were most important to have serviced first. He was efficient and did a great job! Even though it was late in the day and I was his last customer, he brought such a great, friendly attitude. This was my first time using Collins, and I would definitely use them again and request Eddie.

Collins Comfort and there technician David were outstanding. Communication was very good and David was very punctual, polite and knowledgeable. They installed our water filtration system last year and just came out for the one year maintenance. We have had no problems with the soft water system and R/O system that we had them install and service. We are very satisfied and recommend them highly.

I am very happy with service so far. I needed a new heat pump and all has gone very well. My request for a quote brought a phone call the same day, and Joshua came out the next morning to assess and prepare a quote. He Professional, very helpful, and was able to schedule installation for 2 days later. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, he provided a fair price that was even below the warranty price. Shawn went above and beyond by wearing shoe coverings to ensure he didn't track any outside dirt into our home. He also took the time, per my request, to obtain all the HVAC serial numbers so that I could register them since the builder’s warranty was only for two years.
