So pleased with the installation of our new Naveen NPE Condensing Water Heater and so grateful to get rid of the big tank water heater! And Paul, thank you for your time and patience yesterday with our inquiry of water heater options and reverse osmosis and for scheduling the timely service today, as well as updating our reverse osmosis system with new filters and a new tank! We appreciate you and your efficiency! You guys are the best! Our water softener was installed a few years ago by Gold Star and working great!
