The team is professional, prompt, and very detail oriented. I had a few inspectors and subs come by the project asking who the plumbers were because they were so impressed by the work they saw pre-drywall. Special thank you to Jeff's whole team and Chris specifically for making the entire plumbing process of renovating a home seamless.

Chris has worked at my house the past 1 1/2 years on a major remodel. He laid new sewer and water lines, and installed fixtures in a new guesthouse and utility room. Today he replaced clogged 71 year old drain pipes in the main house, necessitating opening up a sheet rock wall in the adjoining bedroom. He precisely made cuts in the sheetrock so the one piece removed could be reused. He is efficient, neat, completely cleaned the area when done. Chris is personable and an excellent teacher/communicator. He explains the job step by step. Both he and his boss Jeff looked for options to save me money. I have no hesitation in giving Chris and Layin Pipe an unqualified recommendation.

I absolutely love this company. They installed a brand new water heater in our home. I went away for a few weeks and when I returned I had no hot water. I called and they were here and fixed the small problem. Chris the technician was very professional and went back through the whole house. If you are looking to replace your water heater, call them. In my opinion they know what they are doing. Great company.
