We had been dealing with a lack of air getting to areas of our home for the last 10 years, just no flow at all. We had called other companies from the phone book. But none of them ever wanted to try and fix it cause there was very little room to to move or work. Phoenix air came out took a look and said let's talk to our engineer, which they did and came up with a great plan that would start tight but get easier as the job went on. About 5 hours later we had a home full of cold air, my wife and I could not believe the wonderful job they done. Thank you Phoenix,

This is without question the finest experience i have had with a heating and ac company. The technician was supremely qualified, absolutely thorough and went the extra mile. He saved me from a $10K error. To top it off he is also a fine teacher and trainer, his assistant was filled with useful knowledge. This is the standard by which other A/C companies should be measured.

I have been using Phoenix Air Department for three years now they always send over the same technician Thomas. He is awesome. Always on time very well, educated and very honest with everything about my AC units. I have enjoyed using this company very much.

Tomas was the man!!! I was worried my AC might let me down this summer with the heat wave coming and called Phoenix Air Department, they came right out! Tomas serviced both my units and even let my 5 year old son watch and feel included when he was washing down the units. Great customer service, super professional, honest. What more can you ask for?

Phoenix Air is the best! They are so thorough and helped change all the filters in my house and made sure my air conditioners/heaters were in great working order! So nice these gentlemen!

My a/c went out on a Thursday, I never heard back from the serviceman that I used for over 20 years.I called in the late afternoon/early evening and Angela answered. Tom and his helper came out on Friday. By Monday my new unit was installed and operating at a reasonable cost. Phoenix Air are my service people from now on

Have had my unit for nearly 4 years, still works like new! Technician Thomas services twice a year and is always very nice, on time and absolutely thorough! My AC unit still works amazing and could not be happier with my experience. 1000/10 will recommend.

Angela was so friendly and helpful on the phone. I was trying to get everything done between shifts at work and she did her best to make sure that happened. The guys were excellent and never pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't need. Overall great experience and I would recommend giving them a call!
