Excellent, affordable and knowledgeable. Carlos was able to help us replaced a pipe that was corroded and gave us suggestions as to what to do with the other pipe that was vented by the House builders. Highly recommend. He will be doing some plumbing work for us in my kitchen replacing the faucet and garbage disposal.😊

I called Rooter Hero because they advertised 24 hour service. I was hoping they could come to the house right away, but was afraid that being three days before Christmas, they might not. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that a plumber would be out that day! They kept me updated, and very shortly, I got the call from Matthew that he was on the way. Matthew arrived when he said he would, and was friendly and courteous. Matthew inspected where I saw a water leak, and knew immediately what it must be. Suspecting water and damage within the walls, he explained that we should get a restoration company involved. Matthew called them for me, and they came right out. Once they in did an inspection together, Matthew opened the suspect wall and found the problem. A hot water line had burst. Matthew shut off the water and got to work. Matthew inspected the rest of my 50+ year old plumbing in both bathrooms. He discovered additional plumbing issues that needed to be brought up to code. I also showed Matthew a problem with one of my toilets, and vanity faucet. Matthew was extremely helpful, explained everything to me. After fixing the leak, we made an appointment for him to return the next morning and complete the remaining repairs. Matthew was always willing to stop and explain everything to me. Matthew did a fantastic job on everything! I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Matthew and Rooter Hero!

We had an amazing experience with Matthew Nussman! When the line from our fridge to the wall needed repair, he went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he fix the issue promptly, but he also recommended a great restoration company to address the water damage. His flexibility and responsiveness were incredible—he came back to our house the same day when we needed him and even returned the next morning when we asked to reschedule. Always punctual, kind, and professional, he made a stressful situation so much easier. We’re so grateful for his help and will absolutely be using Rooter Hero again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a clogged kitchen sink on Black Friday at about 5:00pm. I called and the dispatcher said someone would be getting back to me shortly. Soon I received an email saying that Matthew was assigned. Shortly after that he called and said he was on his way. He arrived on time and quickly took care of the problem. Service was first class all the way and the charge was very reasonable. I will use them in the future and will recommend Matthew to my friends.

Gabriel was the pleasant plumber and he was so friendly with patience towards me communicating via iPhone especially with me being deaf. So far Gabriel and Peter are 5 star plumbers!!! Thank you! David the Dodgers fan!

We had Rudy come out and help us fix our clogged tub drain. He was amazing! He fixed our clog super quick and gave us great advice to help prevent it from happening again. If we have any other issues with our bathroom appliances, we will be calling and asking for him again!
