Scheduled an appointment for an electrician with Tucker Hill. Upon his timely arrival and before he started to work, Timothy Shepard, asked questions regarding if we had any electrical concerns with the house and then proceeded to explain the steps he was taking to review the status with the electrical board. After his review, Mr Shepard explained the electrical issues he discovered along with his recommendations. He answered all our questions fully. We decided to have Mr Shepard correct the electrical issues needed and he completed the work exactly the way he said he would. We were very satisfied and have peace of mind knowing our house is safe from any electrical concerns. Highly recommend Tucker Hill!!

Customer service is much more than just being polite. Wade was a breath of fresh air. While polite, he was also personable, competent, and took the time to explain the issue in language I understood. The purchase process for the replacement part was started quickly. Still waiting on the part but can only hope Wade or someone of his caliber will complete the repair. This would be contrary to previous experience. This rating is for Wade only. The jury is still out on Tucker Hill.
