Jim is the man!! I'me very pleased with the overall experience with great communication, excellent customer service, top notch workmanship and best in town overall pricing. I shopped his upfront pricing with 2 large well marketed companies (G company and P&S's) and they were significantly more expensive and they played games on their pricing options. This is def one of the times the local small guy is by far the best in every way.

I had a very old water heater in my garage. I knew it needed replacement, but instead of replacing, every day I checked to be sure there was no leakage as I had some pretty nice household objects stored in my garage. I had heard, or knew personally what damage could occur from hot water tank leaks. Well, on the morning of Feb 27, there it was, WATER coming from bottom! I had saved Water Heater’s 4 Less info and called the number. The message asked for pics of my water tank and plumbing. I was totally panicked as I am an older widow who knew very little about hot water heater’s, except expensive to get installed. Well in about 10 mins I get a call back from Jim. He is such a reassuring voice that I calm down. He can do it this morning (it is about 8 am) currently! He gives me a price comes out shortly and in about an hour and a half I have this beautiful new Rheem 50 gal unit! Jim was like a friend, not a service person, who gave me information all along about his procedure He loaded the old one, cleaned up everything, and gave me info about my warranty. If for any reason you need a new hot water heater, Jim of Water Heaters 4 Less is your man. Don’t even Think of using someone else, He’s that special!!!!

Jim did an AMAZING job replacing our 20 yr old water heater! Old one rusted out and flooded a large portion of the garage. Water to the house had to be turned off. He came out the morning after we called and had a new one in place before 10am! His upfront website price was exactly what he charged us, and he did a wonderful job re-soldering our pipes to fit the new heater (old water heater was much shorter). Anything that needed replacing was redone and he hauled the old one away for us. Hopefully we're set for the next 20 yrs, but I have already recommended him to family and friends! Thanks!!

I don't run into service like this often..really never! I thought the owner was the most honest and quite frankly one of the nicest fellows I have had in my home. Wish my Thanksgiving guest would be so polite and respectful. Anyway he came the next day and was on time...and very professional looking. The quote he gave me which match what his website posted were about 800 dollars more affordable than the exact same product offered by other water heater services. The only reason I waited more than a week was the price was so Dang good, I wanted to wait a week to make sure my waterheater was working like when he left. Its perfect and nice to take a long hot shower now. He took the time to explaine how to use the water heater and even explained the parts he used. would give more stars if the system let me.

One of the best service providers across all services! Jim should teach a class on how good customer service is done! 10 stars outta 5! I’m glad he specializes and sticks to Hot Water Heaters, but he’s the kinda guy you want managing all the things needed in home ownership. Can’t recommend him enough!

100% recommend. Jim replaced our twenty year old gas hot water heater in our garage a couple weeks ago. It looks and works perfectly. This guy only does hot water heaters so you are getting a true expert, not a run-of-the-mill technician from these fancy-pants huge plumbing companies that do it all and overcharge for everything and spam us with their slick fake marketing campaigns. I was quoted well over 2x by one of these companies versus what I ended up paying here...wow!
