Marty was so nice and helpful! The water going to our refrigerator wasn’t working so he checked things out and it was such a simple fix. He was honest about pricing and even showed me where our emergency shut off valve is. I’d definitely call this company again if I needed some plumbing help!

After a late night leak in our walls, we called Al Coronado Plumbing to help us find and fix the source. The scheduler was very kind and very patient and was able to get the plumber Andy out to our home very quickly. He was professional and thorough. He took time to make sure that he was protecting our property, keeping things clean and wore shoe protectors at all times in our home. He was very patient with our myriad of questions while walking us through what next steps would be for a future full re-pipe to our home. Al Coronado Plumbing and Andy have made a very stressful situation a lot easier to understand and to resolve. Thank you both very much.

So impressed with all aspects of Coronado plumbing. We called on a Sunday for garbage disposal repair. She was helpful, friendly and professional. Told us someone would call Monday morning between 730 and 8. We got a call at 740, and technician Kenny was here right on time midday! Kenny was great! Professional, helpful, respectful and friendly! He had to order parts and cone back when there was an open time later in week. Communication was great! calls before he came, follow up emails. Truly cannot say enough good things about this company and it's employees! Highly highly recommend them! They deserve more than 5 stars!!

Kenny, Iran and John are all professionals and service oriented. I witnessed Kenny, a seasoned professional and a team leader, assist a newer employee to learn the ropes. I was impressed. Kenny also advocated for me to Al, the business manager, for a military discount for my husband, John I did have a pricing concern and Al promptly explained his company’s pricing rationale p Was as via a phone call and an email. The bottom line is if you want excellent service you will get it at Al Coronado plumbing. Yes, their prices are higher, but employees will do a better job if they are paid a decent wage. I can wrap my head around that fact. Thank you, Al. After the installation, I had a question and Al promptly sent Kenny out to recheck and to answer any further questions that I had. Andrew from Al Coronado Plumbing was friendly, professional and informative. I can't say that about other plumbing companies that I've sought estimates and guidance from here in Tucson. It's nice to find that you can still trust certain companies with your needs like Al Coronado. I highly recommend these folks. Saturday afternoon we began having issues with all of our toilets. Being new to the area we had not used any of the plumbing companies in the area.I expected after hours visits would be expensive but two of the companies I called wanted fee's that rival mortgage payments. The third company was Al Coronado Plumbing. They were able to get a plumber to me in under 2 hours and were reasonably priced. The best part of the experience was Brian, the plumber. He was very courteous and explained everything he was doing in great detail. He made a bad situation tolerable. His explanation of the problem and what follow up was required and was appreciated. I hope I don't have any future problems but if I do, I'll call Al Coronado Plumbing first.

Charles Head arrived promptly to perform the required service. He was extremely knowledgeable and investigated an issue caused by the weather. I would be pleased to have him at another time service was needed. He made me feel extremely comfortable with performing the services.
