During a routine maintenance visit, the technician reported to me that my indoor air handler unit had not been installed correctly. He told me that my existing unit was functional but was being stressed and was not as efficient as needed for optimal air flow. He set up an appointment the same day with a sales representative and we decided to install a new air handler. An appointment was made within a week and a crew of three worked to install my unit in one day. This was a difficult and challenging install. I was pleased with the quickness and professionalism of all staff at Breezeways. My concerns were quickly and individually addressed by staff. I initiated a small additional change to the work order. No problem at all. I highly recommend Breezeways for any AC problems. I enjoyed their personal touch and consideration of my needs and concerns. They were quick, knowledgeable, experienced efficient. Great experience!

Fantastic and timely service! Our AC went out late one evening. I called Breezeways at 6am and was greeted by a woman on the phone who took my contact info, a description of the problem, and told me the on-call technician would be in touch soon. The technician literally called me minutes later and then arrived at my home by 7am! Junior was not only extremely personable and kind and tolerant to my 2 dogs, but he found and resolved the problem in under an hour. It was a connector gone bad. Junior offered me the website coupons for discounts on service and for being a new customer, AND waived the visit fee for signing up for one of the company maintenance agreement. I did not feel that he was trying to up-sell me. This was an offer, just like any company who is trying to create and maintain business. He offered it with options, and excellent customer service - it was a no-brainer. AC is too important in AZ to NOT have a maintenance plan! Thanks so much Junior, and the team at Breezeways - this is how service SHOULD be done.

I see this previous post I did: However, I don't know the gentleman who serviced my HVAC but was very thorough. Shawn was very thorough in his work and was very professional. He spent time with me explaining the root cause and even used color coded drawings to help me understand. He had to return because he didn't have the part, and still came by late after a long day of emergencies to get the job done on the day he committed to. Thanks Shawn! Best to you. A year later, I have to say I LOVE this place. Unprecedented customer service. Thanks to your Tanya for helping with my thermostat over the phone on a Saturday and assuring that we were comfortable.

I am currently disputing the cost of an AC unit installed on my rental property in Tucson. The price was exorbitantly high - $10,500 - for an AC unit on a townhouse. I asked for an itemized parts and labor breakdown from Jeremy, the service manager and have not received one. The general manager is out of town, and I hope that my concerns can be resolved when he returns in a week. Feeling scammed. Update 1/3/22 - The AC unit installed by Breezeways has caused our ceiling to leak under the unit every time it rains. They have sent a series of technicians who do attempt fixes with caulk which has never worked. It appears to have been installed incorrectly. Please stay away from this company. The owner has never contacted us and we have major ceiling damage.

Breezeways is a company I would recommend to all family and friends. When I called the office a young lady named Sadie answered the phone very professional and kept a conversation going. She met all my needs and i was very satisfied. The tech Brandon was very friendly when he came to check my unit. This company is a 10/10 for me.

Brian our Tech was very kind he called in the morning to see if I wanted some coffee. I thought that was very kind. He explained and showed me everything he was going to do. After they were done they cleaned up after themselves. Although they werenβt messy at all. We are very happy with him and the company.

Chandler was friendly, knowledgeable and he gave me a satisfactory estimate, but the best thing was he and Ray were able to install the unit within 2 days in the 90 degree heat in a reasonable amount of time. He also gave me lots of info and the booklets. Beyond that he adjusted all of my vents which I was unable to do. I appreciate the professionalism and was very happy with my service.

Shawn was amazing! He provided excellent service and was totally honest. He answered all our questions, sent us pictures, and did a great job! He is very knowledgeable and super friendly.
