During a routine maintenance visit, the technician reported to me that my indoor air handler unit had not been installed correctly. He told me that my existing unit was functional but was being stressed and was not as efficient as needed for optimal air flow. He set up an appointment the same day with a sales representative and we decided to install a new air handler. An appointment was made within a week and a crew of three worked to install my unit in one day. This was a difficult and challenging install. I was pleased with the quickness and professionalism of all staff at Breezeways. My concerns were quickly and individually addressed by staff. I initiated a small additional change to the work order. No problem at all. I highly recommend Breezeways for any AC problems. I enjoyed their personal touch and consideration of my needs and concerns. They were quick, knowledgeable, experienced efficient. Great experience!

Fantastic and timely service! Our AC went out late one evening. I called Breezeways at 6am and was greeted by a woman on the phone who took my contact info, a description of the problem, and told me the on-call technician would be in touch soon. The technician literally called me minutes later and then arrived at my home by 7am! Junior was not only extremely personable and kind and tolerant to my 2 dogs, but he found and resolved the problem in under an hour. It was a connector gone bad. Junior offered me the website coupons for discounts on service and for being a new customer, AND waived the visit fee for signing up for one of the company maintenance agreement. I did not feel that he was trying to up-sell me. This was an offer, just like any company who is trying to create and maintain business. He offered it with options, and excellent customer service - it was a no-brainer. AC is too important in AZ to NOT have a maintenance plan! Thanks so much Junior, and the team at Breezeways - this is how service SHOULD be done.
