Every time I use Cal’s Plumbing, I’m delighted with whom they send me. This morning it was Travis who, like every Cal’s employee I’ve met, again arrived on time, assessed the problem thoroughly, provided me with a very reason estimate for the work and once I agreed, promptly set to work. Results? Excellent, as usual! Great compliments to Travis for his professional demeanor, courtesy, technical knowledge and skill, and successful accomplishment of what I, the Customer, needed to get done. Thank You, Travis, I really appreciate you!

Fantastic experience. Martin knew his stuff and was able to answer all of my questions, do a video scope of my main line, and help plan a path forward with options. Better than my experiences with other plumbers and felt like I was really involved in the process. Had him come back to install clean out ports and he did an awesome job and cleaned up the space nicely afterward. Customer service and communication from Cal’s has been really good. Pricing seemed reasonable as well.

Anthony from Cal plumbing is beyond great. I have never seen such a more knowledgeable and professional person in my life. He stayed here until he was sure everything was done to perfection. Tyler Fox of Cal’s Plumbing is our HERO! Our water heater quit Monday, 3/10 and we called for service. They promised someone out by 4:00 on Tuesday and sure enough, Tyler showed up. We wanted to replace our tank water heater with a tankless. He spent 1/2 an hour explaining the pros and cons and we decided to purchase one. He had to drive 40 minutes to the warehouse to pick up all the equipment and left at 4:45pm. He was back at 6:15 and started work - by himself! At 10:00pm he was putting things back under the kitchen sink which was giving us a problem. I said, “go home” and he said not until the job was finished. He left the work area spotless. I asked him and he said he had to be at the yard at 7:00am the next morning. Talk about above and beyond. I can not recommend Tyler and Cal’s Plumbing enough. No hot water. Called Cal’s plumbing. Sounded like they were booked solid for the day but dispatch said they would see what they could do. Donnie called and said he was on the way. Although it was late in the day, he said he could do a same day water heater replacement. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and professional and stayed until 730pm to finish the job. Kept me out of trouble with the family taking another cold shower. Thanks, Donnie for a job well done!

Excellent service from start to finish! Tyler and Jordan were very courteous and professional. It was a big job - replacing my whole water line and replumbing a bathroom. They worked efficiently, left everything neat and clean, and totally minimized damage to the drywall and tile in the bathroom.

My entire experience with Cal's Plumbing was wonderful. Their customer service has been top notch from the time I called their office. Scott Cook was the specialist they sent out to unclog a shower drain and while he was here he also installed a garbage disposal. Scott was very friendly and very efficient. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I called today about a water leak on my property and spoke with a representative who was extremely professional. I explained the situation and provided the details, and she was able to fit me into the schedule the same day. Lalo came out, quickly located the leak in the water service line, and replaced the damaged section of the pipe. He showed me the broken piece along with photos of the work he completed. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also left the area looking even better than before. His professionalism and quality of work were outstanding.
