Jake, our estimating technician, was communicative and helpful in providing an estimate for us on the same day we called. He was very responsive. We compared estimates from other firms before deciding on Cummings to fix a water leak within the walls. Adan was extremely serious professional, and knowledgeable. He investigated the cause of our leak despite the fact that it was not really easy to determine at first. He arrived back at our house when he said he would. He didn’t make small talk or joke around, but instead explained in simple terms how the leak happened, showed us the fittings, explained materials, shared the process, spent the time to fix the plumbing correctly, and then even re-explained things if I asked. He shared some of his career work experience with us, which provided some reassurance. We have been pleased with the responsiveness and quality of workmanship. It’s very stressful to try and figure out if the work in our home has been done well, but Cummings has provided the attention and time needed to get the job done right. Adan even came back to help us with an irrigation issue we thought was related to the original plumbing job. Thank you.

Manny came out at on a Sunday evening . He was the nicest most professional person I have ever met. He got our drain cleared in a very short amount of time and the price to have it done was absolutely amazing for a Sunday night, I was in shock. How I came across this plumbing company is they run commercials on Philo TV and I have seen the ads Multiple times over the last couple months and everything They say about their company in the commercials is true. It was an amazing service five stars all the way.

They scheduled me fast for a dryer gas leak repair. Chris was on time, professional, very knowledgeable, personable and strong! Excellent repair, gave me options, answered all my questions. Great guy. Thanks Cummings. Thanks Chris.

I asked Adan for a second opinion on a plumbing issue that another company's tech said was serious and urgent. Adan assured me that there was no problem. I was impressed by the time he spent explaining why there wasn't a problem. I will definitely call Cummings for future plumbing issues.

I’m a couple of days into a multi-day project, so this feedback is of course based on the first few days, but I can already tell that I’m highly likely to be extremely satisfied with Cummings Plumbing when the project is completed. This is a complete re-piping job that I chose to do when I had a sudden leak. I didn’t want to take any chances on recurrence and I know it’s a big expense but I have to say, everything is going really smoothly so far and I’m already really happy with Cummings. First of all, the communication aspect has FAR exceeded my expectations. Jake himself came out to the house to do the leak detection and offer solutions. He knows what he’s doing for sure. I’m adding a couple of things on to this job, including a newer whole house water treatment system that will replace a citrus-based system I currently have, which is fine for drinking but really isn’t softening the hard water. So I appreciated that option. And he was very clear about how this project would be handled, and it is indeed being handled just as he explained. And Jake and/or whoever is doing the hiring is doing a great job, because every single technician and the staff who handle the phone calls has been outstanding! I mean, absolutely clear communication, very responsive, incredibly accommodating and incredibly professional. I managed IT support for 25 years, and the technicians from Cummings have the skills I would be looking for in hiring any employee for ANY job. For example, Daniel and Isaiah - Daniel calls me when he’s on his way, he keeps me posted during the work, letting me know what they plan to do, what they need from me (which is VERY little), etc. And let’s not overlook JUST SHOWING UP. Dependability is no small thing. Plenty of technicians and companies say they’ll be there at a certain time or within a range and they are nowhere NEAR that time. Daniel and Isaiah do what they say they’re gonna do. And you can tell they work together as a team very smoothly. In fact, the entire Cummings team is really well coordinated. I made a phone call in the middle of a piece of the project where one technician was working on fixing the leak, and I had a concern about additional water in an area I hadn’t seen before, and they sent a different technician out (Kyriakos, who was absolutely awesome, what a personable, knowledgeable guy!) just to address my issue, while the other technician was on his way back to my house. And they didn’t give me any grief over it on the phone. Don’t think that went unnoticed. That was great. On top of all that, they clean up really well at the end of the day, respect the property (put up barriers for dust, wear booties, etc), and accommodate my SCHEDULE (their working hours work out absolutely perfectly for me). And they know the ins and outs of the insurance side. Finally, the cost. Yes, it’s not cheap to completely re-pipe your entire house. But not for a minute do I question what I’m paying. I think the cost is very reasonable for the scope of work being done. AND they have financing options. Sure, the project isn’t finished yet. But I don’t think I’ve ever been THIS pleased with a similar large project in my life. I’ll update this review either way when it’s completed but I have no doubt I’ll remain highly satisfied.

I had Cummings Plumbing come and give me an estimate for replacing the tub stoppers in both my mother’s bathrooms. I talked to Andres and he was absolutely wonderful! He came to her home, took a look at the situation, and explained to me in detail the options I had. I was very pleased when the work was finished. Everything looked great! I was so satisfied that I hired them to take out an oversized water heater that another company had put in my house. They also took out my old water softener and replaced it with a water conditioning system. Andres was there with me every step of the way. He bent over backwards to help me get everything done. David and Steve, who did the work, were excellent. I couldn’t believe how well everything looked after they had finished. The girls in the office were also very helpful too. All in all, I had a very positive experience with Cummings and would not hesitate hiring them again. I highly recommend this company! They proved to me that customer satisfaction is #1 for them.

What great service. Vincent was great. He didn’t try to sell he just explained what he could provide what we asked for. He explained the process in language we could understand. We have nothing but praise for everyone we have me from Cummings over the past two years. We have Cummings on speed dial.
