Marcos & KJ were very professional and trustworthy with my HVAC system in my personal home. They did an outstanding job on the install of two complete systems. They always showed up when they said they would and did excellent work which I appreciated not having to worry about since I had my hands full with all the other trades going on. I will surely use Done Rite for any of our HVAC projects going forward and would highly recommend to all.

I recently had Done Rite install a new package heating and cooling unit at my home. The estimate process which was performed by Dustin was thorough and the price was very competitive. Marcos and Kerry, who performed the install, were both friendly, professional and very good at what they do. Marcos, Brandon, and Kasey came out today and installed water treatment system and tankless hot water heater. They arrived promptly and were efficient in their workmanship. They were friendly, polite, and went out of their way to answer all our questions. Highly recommend Done Right.

My family and I woke up this morning with no heat. I contacted Done Rite Services before 8 AM and spoke to a wonderful young lady who was very professional and kind. She scheduled someone to come to our home first thing. I received a phone call from William and he was here by 9:15 AM as he stated. William is such a professional and thorough service man! He walked myself and my husband through every step. He made suggestions and fixed our concern in a timely manner. Highly recommend William and this company! I’ve never had a bad experience with Done Rite. I can guarantee I never will. Dustin was a friendly, knowledgable, absolute gem of a man to work with and get this, today was just the ESTIMATE phase. Obviously I do need some work done but he put me at ease about some other concerns I had. Its Done Rite or done wrong. If you live in Pima County those are your only real choices. Choose Done Rite.

Highly recomend Done Rite plumbing services. Priced very competitively. The technicians Anthony & Sean, very respectiful of my property, explained & answered my many questions about the procedures of the disassembly & then the upcomming re-install of a new kitchen sink, & the current disposer & RO system after new counter tops. They worked with the scheduling of the new counters vs the take out & put back of all of it. They definately earned a new customer.
