DrainMasters Plumbing & Drain Service

Our pipes were all corroded and broken and Zack came out for several days to dig out the broken pipe from underneath the house so that we could place a new pipe under the house. Very hard work but Zack finished the job! Very good and hard worker!

Derrick came out around 7 on Sunday, Dec the 29th. He snaked the drain and our problems were solved. Great job by Derrick and DrainMasters. Definitely will call them if need be.

I had called another plumbing company due to sewage backing up in my shower. The company said I could have an appointment in 8 days. I called Drain Masters and they sent Zach out within 45 minutes. He and his apprentice did a great job and solved my problem quickly. I will only call Drain Masters. I had another occasion to use Drain Masters Plumbing and Drain Service. Fernando was the plumber they sent. He was amazing. He did such professional work and explained every step to me. He also suggested some preventive maintenance that I could do at a future date. I appreciate that I can schedule when my wallet and schedule permit. I will always use this company and ask for Fernando. I had another plumbing issue with one of my toilets. Derrick came out and repaired it. He was knowledgeable, professional and punctual. I recommend Derrick highly. It is great to know if you have a plumbing problem and call Drain Masters it will be fixed.

I unfortunately had to call a plumber two times within one week for separate issues, but I'm so thankful for DrainMasters. They were able to come out same day and even within 1 1/2 hours after 5. Both Plumbers, RJ and Cody were wonderful, professional, and extremely helpful. All issues were resolved in a timely manner and there was even help with cleanup. I couldn't imagine calling anyone else. Thank you!

I called DrainMasters within 30 Minutes I received a call from Cody who was only 10 minutes from our home. Cody turned out to be the nicest, professional and Best Plummer I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Cody even gave me tips to keep my toilet running smoothly to prevent extra maintenance. Awesome experience! We've had some bad plumbing experiences before with other companies, but now that I know what a great job Drain Masters does we will always call them! We had a water main break in the evening, called Drain Masters because they are 24 hours, and they expertly and cheerfully helped us through the entire ordeal to get water back in just a few hours. Zack did a great job clearing our main line stoppage - really good work ethic, knowledgable, personable and professional. From start to finish the experience with Drainmasters was smooth and with no surprises. Two other companies I called said they would give me a quote (for a simple stoppage mind you) *after* they came out and “diagnosed” the issue - which is code for “you’ve spent the whole day waiting for us so you’ll probably pay whatever we quote you”. Not Drainmasters - up front and fair pricing over the phone which is much appreciated!
