I am super impressed with Foster Plumbing! RJ did an amazing job. On time, professional, excellent customer service, and of course, superb plumbing skills. He kept me informed and explained what he was doing. I will definitely be calling Foster Plumbing again, and recommending them. They were actually a recommendation from a couple of people, that’s how I found out about them. Very happy customer here! Prices are reasonable, too.

We were recently in a pickle. It was during the Thanksgiving holidays; we had guests, and our hot water heater broke down. We discovered it was not easy to find a plumber working during holidays and if one were available the job would cost extra. Our problem was solved when we contacted Foster Plumbing. They were on the job during the holidays and installed a new water heater at a very reasonable cost, the work done timely and professionally. The plumbers were personable, friendly and good at explaining the work they were doing. Our guests left happily showered.

I recently had Foster Plumbing install a tankless hot water heater and they are true to their motto, the price was fair and they provided quality work. The gentlemen that installed the unit were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable.

My septic tank leaching field collapsed a week before Thanksgiving. After getting quotes to have it replaced and the amount of money needed to replace it. I started to get quotes to connect to the city sewer. Foster's was the only one to come in with a single price (City connect fee, inspection fee, get the septic final pump). They also told me they could get in done in 2 days. Ben, Elijah, Josh, RJ, Rico and a couple of other guys who's name I did not catch came a out just worked hard. They had to dig a 146 foot trench through my yard down to 9 feet in the alley to reach the main sewer line and had to work around the main power feed to my AC. Done perfectly. There was 1 snag in process and it had nothing to do with Foster Plumbing. But even that they handled quickly and efficiently. While it was an extra cost it was not outrageous. (Turns out that my septic tank had not been pumped correctly. That they only dug up the inspection hatch and not the proper clean out hatch. So tank was 1/2 full of sludge. Required the pump truck to make a 2nd trip and Foster's had to breakup the sludge. That was a little intense. LOL) With the exception of that little issue everything went well and they still got it done in 2 days. I was without sewer for a grand total on 4 hours. Use Foster plumbing with full confidence.

I am a pet sitter. While my clients were on vacation in Europe, I walked out to the garage to step into water at 6:30 am. I discovered the water heater broke (9 yrs old) Foster plumbing sent Anthony and Josh out (the owner had me text model info prior) so no extra trip!! The guys were professional and absolutely efficient at their job. My client and I had peace of mind. This happened on a Saturday morning. Can't say enough about the professionalism and quick job. If you have a plumbing job don't hesitate to hire this company!!

Every part of my experience with Foster's plumbing was great. The office staff was polite, scheduled me quickly. RJ and Anthony showed up to my job site on time in a good mood with smiles.
