Fusion Plumbing Drain & AC

We had a leak in the water service line from Tucson Water’s meter to our house. The leak was obvious when water started bubbling up from our paved front path. They came out within an hour of calling. Said they could lift the pathway bricks and dig down two feet and try to repair our 50 year old steel feed pipe or lay a new one, offset to avoid the path. They also said that when they got to the broken pipe they weren’t certain they would be able to do a reliable repair and the stress on the pipe during a repair process might start a new leak. Given the age of the buried hardware I couldn’t disagree with their assessment. I had them cost out trenching and laying a 1 inch pex service line. It wasn’t cheap, but I didn’t expect it to be. They said it would take 2 days and they could start the very next day. Given the magnitude of the problem I accepted the offer. They had three people working on it the next day and by mid afternoon had restored our water feed with a temporary bit of plumbing. They hand dug the trench, thereby avoiding damage to tree roots and the irrigation pipes. They water drilled under our front yard brick wall and also under a brick path that runs parallel to the house. They back filled and cleaned up, putting all our gravel over the top of their work and were done by the second day. They also replaced the plastic box that covered my pressure regulator valve as the old one had been damaged during removal. We have very little to clean up. They did a great job, were hardworking and punctual. They also warranted their work for 5 years. I hope to never have to call a plumber again for such a sizable task, but if I do, they will be the first company I call.

Richard Johnson was very personable. He was familiar with heating and AC systems that met our needs and set a time for installation within a few days. The technicians (Anthony and Henry) installing the split A/C system for us were knowledgeable and very professional. They are a great team working well with each other. Kudos for an excellent job. After a malfunction of the system within 24 hours, Noah was sent out promptly and had the system working properly. Thx for the good service.

Best experience I’ve ever had. We needed our home re-piped and Sean walked us through the whole process and offered to install the toilets and faucets we had purchased at no additional cost. The plumbers that did the installation were phenomenal. They were kind, thoughtful and very hard working. I was extremely impressed with the results! I will definitely use this company again.

From start to finish, the team (Sean, Mitchell, Inigo and Janus) did an excellent job. The jobs (new water main, sewer line scope, tankless water heater flush and shower leak repair) took several days and during the whole time, communication was great. Very happy with their service.

Four stars are only because more has to be done. The plumber was very kind, knowledgeable and willing to work with my financial limitations. So far I only paid a trip charge. As soon as I can purchase the needed part I will call to complete the repair on my shower flow and temp control valve.

It’s a pleasure to work with a company that’s responsible, punctual, and easy to work with. Fusion checks all of those boxes. In particular, Richard and Jonas were terrific and know their stuff. My only complaint is with their fee. I’m willing to pay for quality work. But, they charged $1000 to clean my furnace motor…a two hour job.
