I had a great experience with Goettl. They were able to get me scheduled for service on the same day. Our service technician, Nicholas, alerted me when he was coming. He was right on time, diagnosed the issue, explained to me what he had to do to repair the issue and was able to make repairs very quickly. He also showed me other options to consider to keep things like drain clogs to a minimum. This was my first experience with Goettl. It was a good one.
