Wow, amazing. I spoke to Jake yesterday and today he had Martin out at our rental property. Martin explained everything he needed to do in detail and also sent pictures of the drywall that he cut, and the sludge that was clogging up my pipes. I will have Martin on speed dial. He was very professional, detailed-oriented and thorough.

I had a water heater replaced. Martin came out and did an amazing job! He put everything up to code. New valve and new tubing were installed. He even disposed of my old boiler for free. I highly recommend Martin and Hydro Rooter Plumbing for their rapid response. Martin was exceptional and highly proficient and did a very clean job! He's the ultimate professional!

We had a big emergency ‼️. Jake from Hydro Rooter and Plumbing came out very quickly and assessed the problem. It was a big job. There was blockage under our driveway. Part of the pipe actually disconnected from the other pipe. We agreed on a price and Jake and Clifford immediately got to work. They called the appropriate people to make sure it was okay to dig in the problem area. The next day, Jake and Clifford got to work to resolve our issue. Kyle came and ran the backhoe to dig 10’ down to where the problem was. The 3 of them were very professional, on time and worked very hard to get our household up and running again. They had everything done in less than 24 hours! I would recommend this company. They are professional, fair, knowledgeable and so nice to work with. Jake O’Hara, owner and his team of three were as professional as any service individuals that I’ve experienced over my 60+ years of owning property and a business owner. We had 4 sewer back-up over a period of 8 years with our 50+ year old sewer line under our home. Three of which occurred within the last 2 months. I contacted Jake and within the day they were at our home, inspected and gave us a price to remedy our problem. The underground line was in need of rehab and his team did it efficiently, professionally with some of the most polite workers I’ve encountered.

I recently had a hydro jetting service done by HRP, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jake, Clifford, and Frank were fantastic—they were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was running smoothly and left spotless. Review 1: Kudos to Martin and Frank for the work they did in our bathroom. They had to replace a very old shower head and faucet that had been leaking for some time, and was so brittle a chunk fell off when removed. They informed us initially of what they would do and how it would be done, giving us a thorough understanding of what to expect. They were friendly and professional, and completed the work efficiently. We were very satisfied with the job they did, and would recommend them and Hydro Rooter and Plumbing. Review 2: We discovered a leak under the bathroom sink that had apparently been leaking for some time, and ruined some appliances. We called Hydro Rooter and Plumbing. Jake and Frank looked it over, and because the basin was old and outdated, said they might have to modify it a bit. In the end, they did a great job, it looked good, and no more leaks! It’s nice to know that this company does not shy away from a challenging problem, and are very reliable. Thank you!

I had a great experience using Hydro Rooter & Plumbing to replace my old water heater. Jake and Cliff came out and did a professional job. The previous owner of this house had never flushed the tank in over 2 decades so that it was not draining at all. Jake and Cliff did a great job of draining the tank and successfully replacing it with a beautiful job of sealing the hoses and tightening the pipes. No hidden charges, no strange proposals to do useless work. Their price is one of the lowest on the market and comes with a reasonable 6-year labor warranty and 6-year parts warranty plus a tank flush in each of the next 2 years, and an anode rod replacement service in 2 years. I am very pleased to see this small company growing so vibrantly. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs. Thumbs up to Jake and Cliff, and Hydro Rooter & Plumbing.
