I am absolutely satisfied with the work that technician Tyler Smalling from Intelligent Design Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Solar has done for me! Tyler did an amazing job, because he was informative, polite, and had a great disposition about him. Tyler went above and beyond in helping me understand my water quality issues. I have very high levels of chorine in my water. Comparable to pool levels actually for the straight tap water. He showed me my chlorine levels with a test that he brought. Tyler helped me with all my questions and was very patient and willing to explain things to me, a non-expert. Pictures included with this review. The yellow vial on the right is my tap water! The vial on the left is filtered water from the faucet filtration system that is apart of the new faucet. I will absolutely ask for Tyler next time I need plumbing work done! 100% Satisfaction

We had our pluming inspection done today by Jason Shreves of Intelligent Design. He did an outstanding job inspecting our water and sewer. We viewed with him the video image of our older clay sewer pipes outside of our house with some roots coming in. He patiently listened to and answered our questions. We received a quote on repairing our sewer pipes in two different manners and chose to repair by replacing the older clay pipes. We are very happy with Jason and know that he will do a great job on the replacement. On the same day we had our heating system inspected by Jordan Oliver of Intelligent design. He did a though job of cleaning and testing the heating system and also helped us with some filter issues we have been having by teaching us the best fan operation settings in the system menu settings.

Ziggy was punctual, professional, and pleasant to deal with. He assessed our HVAC system, provided some recommendations for preventative measures, and explained everything very well. I highly recommend Ziggy and the team at Intelligent Design.

Richard did a great job checking out our ac unit making sure it was ready for the upcoming summer season. It was wonderful how he took the time to explain everything to us. Great personality!! 😊
