I submitted a service request online for the $95 main line cleaning service. This is for New Customers Only. I got a call the next morning. Katie and Samantha were both very nice over the phone. A tech, Devin B. came out early morning and was very empathetic and understanding of my situation. He completely went out of his way with Ruben H. to help me. I want to thank Devin B. and Ruben H for their hard work and excellent service!!!

Mr Rooter plumbing service is the best! Jose was out here yesterday and throughly explained why what and how Also his team came out this morning to flush out pipes and also very good and personal able. A few days ago we had an issue with our kitchen sink where it just decided to stop draining all of a sudden, that night I jumped on the website to schedule an appointment (which was very easy) and the next day Adam W showed up and was able to asses and clear the clog like a pro, he got us back up and running very quickly. Adam W was prompt, confident, respectful and friendly, highly recommend.

We had 2 drains clogged. The Value Pack this month had a coupon for $89 per drain. That I believe is a good value from a great brand. Scheduling was efficient, response time fast, and technician absolutely professional. The drain was not a challenge, mostly I needed to be educated that there was a secondary filter that was clogged. He showed me how to do this when needed. They honored the coupon, and all is well. I would call them again for sure. I was very impressed with the company's responsiveness and customer focused service.

Jose Landeros was very friendly and efficient. He did a great job rebuilding our toilet tank and cleaned up nicely. Thank you!

Chris and Matt were excellent. Came out diagnose the problem fast. Took care of it. They were very professional and efficient. Explained the options I had. They communicated every step of the way, and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Arron with Mr. Rooter is hands down one of the best technicians we have worked with. Hard worker. Very knowledgeable. Honest and last but not least reliable. His hard work and dedication do not go un-seen. This man needs a raise!!!
