I wanted a professional repair to address 2 issues with my bathtub handle and spout. Unfortunately the technician attempted to loosen set screws and he stripped both of them and continued to tell me they would have to go in thru the wall in the bed room to make the repair. I wanted this gentleman out of my house as quickly as possible. I decided to do the repair myself. I had to repair what the technician broke and the original problem. I will never reach out to Parker and Sons ever again nor would I recommend them. I took photos of the work I did. I had to drill out the set screw which was very difficult and install the new hardware. Total time to repair was 4 hrs.

I've been on the Family plan for about 5 years. I've always had expert techs for routine maintenance service calls. Trustworthy and professional. I had my All in One unit replaced today. My experience was phenomenonal. Alexis in the business office was exceptional. She provided excellent advice based on her solid knowledge and experience in the business. Alexis was never pushy and very factual and professional. I purchased with Parker and Sons based on my several interactions with Alexis. Scheduling my installation was easy. I received frequent communication and confirmations appointment reminders so I knew every step of what would happen on installation day. Today's installation was flawless. Lorenzo and Jacob got here promptly at 7am and went right to work. They informed me in advance of what they were doing, what would happen next and how much time it would take. The crane arrived as scheduled and the old unit removed and new unit was placed within 30 minutes without incident. Every step was executed as planned from garbage pickup who wanted to say hello to my dog :), to electrical assessment and replacement and ductwork assessment by Sam. Every employee was knowledgeable, personable and proficient. They all left the work area spotless. I did get bids from several other companies who had "cheaper units". I'm very satisfied that I got my new AC unit from the best, most reputable HVAC company available at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for the great business ethics and expert seasoned employees that provided service for my home today. TEN STAR recommendation!!

I had an outstanding experience with Parker & Sons, thanks to their Water Treatment Consultant, Austin Carmody and technician Axel Tavares! From the moment he arrived, Axel was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood my system and its maintenance needs. I originally scheduled a water heater flush, but since I have a Rinnai tankless water heater, Axel performed a scaling, which is the proper service for a tankless unit. During the appointment, he also checked my pressure release valve, and it failedâsomething I wouldnât have known without his expertise. He advised me to notify my builder (Taylor Morrison), and Iâve since submitted a warranty ticket. I really appreciate his thoroughness! Axel also educated me on the family membership plan and all the valuable services included. He pointed out that my Rinnai water heater has plastic valves, explaining the potential risks and giving me options to either rebuild or replace it, including a clear breakdown of costs. His patience and professionalism made a big difference, and I never felt rushed or pressuredâjust well-informed. Because of Axelâs exceptional service, Iâll be personally requesting him every time my home needs a scaling or flush. Sorry for repeating myself I am on my cell doing this review. It is harder to edit on. Tub cartridge needed replacement, which I can't remember replacing since buying the house. We are the original owners. Around 2007. I thought or hoped it would be an easy replacement. It was not. Started Sunday morning 9 a.m. Tub handle would not come off. That should have told me there that it was going to be difficult. Got it off now for the cartridge. It wouldn't budge, not even with the extractor tool for Moen cartridge's. I broke the cartridge. I tried to drill the plastic out not realizing it was damaging the valve. This was most of Sunday, so water was shut off to the house for most of the day into the evening. We called Parker and Sons and the tech was an hour and a half out, I said that would work. That was about 8 pm. He arrived after 9. Which we were happy that he made it out to our house. Jacob W gave us an estimate on cost and on how long it would take him, about an hour to fix it. He said he could fix it with the space he was working with. That was good news. (Earlier, in the evening around 6-7 p.m. we had purchased the replacement tub kit at Lowe's were Greg, from Lowe's, who I was asking for help from -saw my pictures and kindly said that I was not going to be able to use any new cartridge, I looked closer to the pictures and realized I deformed the valve. I would have to have it replaced. He made sure the replacement my husband picked out had a valve and it did. That is when I called Parker and Sons and my husband talked with them while I used Lowe's restroom.). Jacob saved us. He said it went faster because we had all the parts. He removed the old valve and put in the new one. Jacob was able to replace the valve, without having to make the hole bigger. He worked and there were no problems. He did not try to up sale anything, he used what we had and finished the job and we had water once again. As soon as Jacob came in the bathroom, gave us an estimate without trying to charge more for other parts that were not needed, and he was going to be able to work within that small hole; I had confidence in his skills as a plumber. Again, I can not tell you how thankful I am for getting, Jacob, on this call out for this problem. Parker and Sons have been great we also, had A/C issues that is how it all started. They do more than just A/C though. Their A/C guy Marc C. is wonderful as well. We are very happy with them. We definitely recommend Parker and Sons for more than just A/C work.

I bought a water softener from Costco and Parker and Sonâs did the installation. They were very detailed, organized and they cleaned up perfectly. They explained everything to me as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Your plumbers through this project, including Marco, Kris and Mike Weâre absolutely the best. They communicated throughout the whole project of the hot water repipe because of a slab leak and water heater replacement and did a thorough job with their cleanup. Thanks for your great service.

We had an amazing experience with Parker and Sons. Matt was very patient with us. During our bathroom remodel we ran into some unexpected plumbing problems. Parker and Sons sent someone right away. He was able to help us work through several problems and provided some extra hands at a crucial time. His knowledge and professionalism was so valuable to us. Everything these days is expensive and this company is not cheap. The service we had was worth every penny. The peace of mind that we have now, after getting advice and service from this company is priceless.

Amazing experience dealing with Parker and sons! Their customer representative was kind and accommodating. He also explained the importance of membership that we took advantage of. The technician was on time and he communicated well with call ahead. He also was very respectful of our home and wore the blue boot covers. He had to clean the shower drains and now we donât have the problem. Will recommend this business to everyone!
