We scheduled our annual air conditioner service and Richard provided exceptional service. He was experienced and knowledgeable and gave us great advice. We purchased our air conditioner/heater system from Perry Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing and they have always provided outstanding service for our HVAC and plumbing needs. Matt was on time,, friendly and very informative as to helping me with the problems in my new townhouse. He corrected everything as needed, cleaned up after himself and removed my old items for me. Had an issue with my tankless water heater, out of the blue we were getting hot water in both hot and cold lines. I called Perry’s, Amanda got us into the schedule for the same day. I needed a HVAC check up for the winter as well as a dryer vent replacement. Richard contacted me prior to his arrival. I was his last call on New Year’s Eve. He was polite and very professional. He measured for the replacement hose and went to pick it up. He contacted me by text to let me know when to expect him back to the house. Then he conducted the heating unit check. He was fast and efficient. He explained everything, including prices, and had taken photos of the job. Very satisfied.

We were very pleased with our service rep. He was sensitive to our situation, was first rate at explaining our options, and uniformly pleasant and competent. This has not always been the case at Perry, but I am encouraged by our last experience.

Jordan serviced our cooling and heating. He was very thorough professional and did a great job. We have a maintenance contract with Perry’s and Jordan was here last year. It’s nice to have the same person taking care of your heating and cooling.

They installed a new air conditioning unit, and it hasn’t worked right since day one and that was about two months ago. I would highly suggest someone else…today once again, the fan stays on and there is no cooling so it’s just gotten hotter and hotter…in Tucson Az that becomes a bit more than a nuisance. Update… they called me asked me to change the rating sense they came out and fixed it…two weeks later nd it has broken down again…I am losing track of how many times my new ac hs broken down in the last two months sense it was installed…this is getting absurd…. never, repeat never will I deal with them on a new install. I am at a loss on what to do…what a nightmare.
