Picture Rocks Cooling Heating and Plumbing did an amazing remodel job on my bathroom! Took out an old drop in tub, then built & tiled a beautiful floor. They then installed a new updated tub & faucet giving my bathroom a brand new look. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in transforming their bathroom!

We have been very pleased in our dealings with Picture Rocks. They are prompt and courteous. Their prices are competitive especially with a service contract. All work was done quietly and unobtrusively. The work site was left clean and intact. We recommend Picture Rocks without qualification.

Had an AC issue and we called Picture Rock, they had a technician out the same day! Morgan, our technician, throughly checked our system. Found the issue and the AC kicked on! Very happy with the service, signed up for the bi-annual system check up program. With Picture Rock’s monitoring we should remain trouble free.

Chris did a very thorough job when he conducted our home plumbing inspection. Today we had him come back to fix one of our plumbing problems. He was fast, efficient and did a good job.

Called late in the afternoon for a non-emergency clog, and they had Chris M. at my house the next day. He did a great job with what turned out to be a bigger and more complicated issue than originally anticipated - my whole drain looked like a clogged artery. Chris got everything cleaned out and kept me posted along the way with explanations about what he was doing and video from the borescope. Online payment was quick and easy and Picture Rocks followed up right away to make sure I was happy with the service. Hopefully my plumbing behaves for the foreseeable future but if not, I'd definitely call these guys again.

Torey was the guy to help at my house and he did great! By far the best plumber/service I’ve had come to my house. He was very polite and genuinely cared. He made the job simple and quick. He saved a future marriage lol Torey represented picture rocks cooling heating & plumbing exceptionally and now I know what business to call when I need the help. It’s always hard to decide which business will genuinely help and I felt comfortable. I’m very glad a friend of mine recommended this company to me.

The technicians were wonderful, outlining recommendations and providing explanations. They went above and beyond by checking a water heater that concerned me, leading to finding a real problem that is going to be corrected before it turned into a much larger problem. I highly recommend this company and I would not hesitate to call on them in the future.

I can't say enough great things about Torey. He went above and beyond when another plumbing company failed to help. All the while, the concern was making sure our home and spirits were okay, and not making our credit score the focus of the service.
