Initial response to a near emergency was quick and greatly appreciated. Temporary repairs were made on a Friday late afternoon into the evening. William returned on Saturday for a more detailed and much-needed restoration estimate. The first two days of the project didn’t seem to yield a lot of progress. The third day seemed more intense and focused; it was a long day for the crew! The fourth day they finished up the project. Not sure if crawl space piping under the house should be suspended. Skirting reinstalled properly. Inside all looks and works well.

Excellent customer service and worked around my appointment scheduling due to late part arrival. They really worked around my schedule. Job done with great attention to detail and cleanup. He had to use several different tools with my difficult sink faucet replacement but finished the job much quicker than my expectations. Very professional staff and pleasant to speak with each of them. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Plumber Kings. They worked hard to fit in a big project while we were under contract with our selling our home. We had a leak in the garage, associated to an exterior hose bib. The issue was a water line that ran up and through the roof. We contacted Plumber Kings, and made an appointment. Jake was on time, evaluated the situation quickly and made a plan. Jake was very knowledgeable, helpful and explained everything he was doing. The quote was reasonable and they provided a military discount. He even went above and beyond to ensure we did not have another issue with this particular water line. I will definitely call them again, if needed.

I cannot recommend this company enough. One of their plumbers, Jake, happened to be doing a job for our neighbors and was kind enough to come check out the issue we were having without an appointment or anything. He also put us in contact with the restoration company that continued to assist us. The owner, Chris, and his entire team are prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They were thorough with all of the work that needed to be done in our house and reasonably priced. Would absolutely use them again!

Robert was amazing. He took on repairing my jetted tub even though they usually don’t work on them. It took a while to find the right parts. When they did,he got the work done. We hired Plumber Kings on a competitive bid to assess and repair a water service line leak first observed on 7 February 2025. The leak was underground underneath our concrete driveway and was substantial giving us a $1000 monthly water bill. Chris from Plumber Kings took the lead in assessing the situation, preparing their repair plan and bid. They were slightly more expensive than the other bids but their bid was detailed and complete. During the bid process Plumber Kings installed a temporary service line with a hose. During that process it was determined there were actually two service lines to our house, which is unusual. Jake from Plumber Kings worked until about 7:30 PM that night in the dark to restore water to the house on the temporary lines. We were grateful for his diligence because otherwise we would not have been able to flush toilets, take showers, do laundry or dishes. Once we selected Plumber Kings Chris was right on time getting started by getting the gas and electrical and fiber companies to physically mark where their lines ran and then early the next Monday assembling the excavator to trench the yard, the boring tool to burrow under our driveway and his team to hand dig a portion of the trench that would otherwise have cut the buried gas and fiber lines. In that process they discovered a damaged sewer line that was added to the task list at additional cost to us. The remaining work took about 10 days but before completion one of Chris' team installed the permanent service lines and new sewer line and he again worked into the dark to make sure we had water and sewage before he left at about 8PM that night. We were grateful for his consideration of our needs. Before covering the trench and restoring the property, Chris arranged for inspectors to approve the work and for our next door neighbors to inspect and approve the restored driveway he had to traverse with a trench to reach the water main. The work finished on 25 February 2025 without cost increase except for the added scope of the sewer replacement described above. This was a substantial job performed to bid by Plumber Kings. My wife and I appreciate everything they did and the way they were attentive to our needs and always kept us up to date. I highly recommend Plumber Kings!
