The team answering the calls were incredibly helpful and informative; they managed to arrange a same-day appointment for me. Their plumber, Everett, who attended to my call, was extremely polite and professional. Although my problem was outside his area of expertise, he provided me with the contact details of a company that could help. As he couldn't directly fix the issue, his manager allowed him to offer me a discount on the service call. My satisfaction with Poole Brothers Plumbing and Everett was absolute. A few days later, a good friend of mine urgently needed a plumber for a blocked toilet and bathtub. Her usual plumber was unavailable, even in the emergency situation. Based on my positive experience, she reached out to Poole Brothers Plumbing. They courteously explained that as it was a weekend, weekend/overtime rates would apply. She agreed, and they had someone, Leo, at her house within the hour. She was equally impressed with their service. I sent an email with photos and details about the job I needed, but didn’t receive a response. They also have a button to schedule a consultation that gives an error message every time, regardless of the browser. However, I wouldn't take away any stars for these minor issues. I'm really happy with their work and wanted to leave an honest review to highlight their great job, while also suggesting some areas for improvement in the future. You guys did a fantastic job!
