Was given them by our home warranty company. The older gentleman that came out was rude, but I let it slide because I just wanted my hot water heater fixed. I was told they had to submit a parts request to a third party company. 3 days later I called to follow up, they said that they were still waiting on it. Asked for a call from their manager, never got it. Asked for the third party company info so that I could try to expedite the process, they “didn’t know it.” Called my home warranty company and complained and got another local plumber out and they fixed same day. Presido plumbing was a waste of time and a joke.

Avoid this plumbing company at all costs. If you are going through a warranty company, request to go through someone else. This company has the absolute worst communication I've ever dealt with, from having to chase them down on the phone, to being promised that I would hear from a "supervisor" because of my ongoing water heater issue. I've had no hot water going on 2 weeks, because these people sat on the order and did nothing unless I babysat them and called multiple times. I got different story after story, from my water heater going to be replaced, to a repair going to be performed, to someone telling it that it was denied due to my solar water heater. AVOID THIS PLACE

I am very upset by the service of Presidio Plumbing. Tommy came to my home to install a garbage disposal and it was then that I was told that the power cord on my old disposal could not be installed onto the new one. I had to buy a new power cord and wait for Tommy to return for the installation. He did not return the same day, and I was told I would have to pay more for the return trip to have him install the power cord. Not good customer service regarding this, since I was not told beforehand that the old power cord could not be installed on the new one. Why should I pay more for him to finish the job that he could not do because of miscommunication?

They don't even deserve 1 star. After texting me that they'd arrive by 2, they NEVER SHOWED. I called service line warranties to question. They said Presidio had cancelled until Monday!!! No communication with the client. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!

We woke up with water pouring out of a seam in our garage. Called our home service line warranty company and they had Presidio out right away. Since the break was under a concrete pad Gabriel wanted to have a detection service in to pinpoint the leak. They came the next morning and marked the leak. The break was exactly where it was marked. This all occurred on a Thursday and we thought for sure we’d be without water through the weekend. To are surprise, Gabriel, came back this morning and we had water by noon. I’ve dealt with a number of plumbing companies in Tucson and I was really impressed with the service, their concern that we have water over the weekend and they cleaned up the area. I would highly recommended them, as their dedication to service is remarkable in today’s economy. On top of this their are also recommending a concrete company in to repair the pad.

AWFUL! These people were assigned to come fix a plumbing issue at my house, by a warranty company. The issue is leaving me unable to use ANY water. I had a 3 hour time frame for hem to come to my home, where I was waiting, I called to make sure they would have someone give me notice when they were on their way, which they said they would. They NEVER showed up, and didnt' answer any of my multiple calls, even though I was calling well within their business hours. Total JOKE, don't use these people.

We filed a claim with our home warranty last night, and Leo showed up today at 11 am. We thought we had issues with our pipes, but turns out it was an easy fix in our toilet. Leo had it fixed in one hour and we are super thankful! Great company, quick to fix, and very professional!

The plumber never showed up. They were scheduled by Lowe’s for a plumbing install. I could never get a hold of them, they would not answer phone or return phone calls. I tried to message them via the Angie App where they were hired, no response either.
