I’ve used Professional Plumbing three times so far, and each time I’ve felt really well taken care of. The technicians they have sent have been super efficient and knowledgeable, which makes me feel confident that my problem will be fixed. Walter in particular is just wonderful. Incredibly polite (the kind of polite that would have your grandma send him home with homemade cookies), each time he’s taken the time to show me the broken part and explain why it wasn’t working as it should. Would highly recommend!

I am impressed. My hot water heater went out and a company changed out the gas valve and the power to it and the pilot light would not stay on. Professional came out ut and had the same problem. Fred, now my favorite plumber would not give up. He worked with the manufacturer and had a par overnighted. That also didn’t work and he dug in his heels. He advocated and fought fir me and i now have a new unit because he would not give up.

I had them come out yesterday and the two men where great. Will be calling you soon for more issues I need done.

Nice guys. I have used them multiple times over the years. I won’t do it again. I do not have confidence that my $700 bill was honest. My estimate seemed random, but it was during the holiday season and we felt we had to get things resolved. I would not have posted a review, but when I sent an email to the office, it was not answered.

There was an issue at my place of work. We were given a quote of under $500 but charged almost double. We were charged a truck fee even though we are located across the street. Less than 30 days later, the same issues came up and we were told they only guarantee their work for 20 days! So we were charged AGAIN for work that was done by them less than a month before. It has only been 30 days later, and AGAIN we have the same issues. We called another plumber who fixed their poor work and more, and charged us considerably less. As a Disabled Veterans organization, we aren't looking for hand-outs, but definitely did not expect to be taken advantage of.

I've used Professional twice and was very impressed on both occasions. When we awoke to a flooded house one morning, they were very fast to respond to a leaking water heater and it was repaired within a couple hours, even though the tech had to leave the house to purchase a part. The second time I hired them was to diagnose and repair a pesky stench that had been plaguing our house for months. The tech systematically went through the area, which included a water heater, bathroom, and washer/dryer, eliminating potential sources of the stench until he found a leaking seal at the base of our toilet. He spent a good amount of time replacing the seal and refurbishing the poorly-flushing toilet. The smell is now gone and the toilet is working better than ever. The tech was very kind and clean and the price was reasonable.
