From the very beginning Kyle from Ram Plumbing was professional when giving the quote to completing a very complex re-plumbing of our custom home. Kyle and Dane made a great team by explaining everything they did before, during and after each step. They took care of our home as if it were theirs. It was scary to know that all the pipes were being replaced in the dry wall of a 3500 square foot house and a new trench from the road because our original line was leaking under the driveway. No matter the question from either of us, they took the time to ensure we understood the process. Their confidence gave us peace, in an otherwise stressful situation. The financing was also made simple with many options to pay for this unexpected situation. We are very thankful for everyone at Ram Plumbing and can highly recommend them!!! Once we had the plumbing completed, it was apparent that our water softener was not working. We contacted Ram Plumbing and requested Kyle return to check it and give us a quote. He was as professional as our previous meetings and was able to get us a softener within our budget. It was installed two days later. Thank you Kyle!!

Had an outside 1/2in copper elbow burst while is at work (probably overnight freeze). Wife called, they came fast. Thanks for that. They then proceeded to try and fleece my wife. He quoted her $300-500. What? I literally came home and fixed it for $1.59 copper elbow at ace hardware and 10 minutes of work. Criminals and disgraceful.

I didn’t expect to buy a new water heater and water conditioner, but Joe had a pretty compelling argument. He clearly knew what he was talking about, and was able to give us the reasoning behind what he was suggesting. There was absolutely no pressure at all. I can’t wait for installation!

Joe was very professional and was in communication with me from the start to the end of process. He was on time just like the time he told me he would arrive. He fixed the cartridge which was the problem of why I wasn’t getting hot water. He literally was in and out in less than half an hour. I had a kitchen faucet, hot and cold water shut off valves, and supply lines replaced. The office staff, Angelica, was friendly and efficient. A free estimate was provided on a Tuesday. I called another company for a separate estimate and the price was essentially the same. I went with Ram Plumbing because they came out and physically did the estimate where the second company just reviewed their estimate and then undercut the price by a few dollars. John arrived on Thursday with a smile, a friendly demeaner, and completed his work in a timely manner. At his suggestion I added a separate shut off valve for the dishwasher. Nice work!

Kyle, from Ram Plumbing, was awesome. He is knowledgeable and professional; a contortionist, who was able to get under all my sinks and toilets to replace plumbing that is over twenty years old. He is a real gem in the plumbing world and Ram is fortunate to have him. I would highly Ram Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

I called today (Sunday) and within 40 minutes David was out.In less then 3 minutes he knew what the problem was and fix the hot water heater. IM SO HAPPY WITH RAM PLUMBING..EVERYONE SHOULD USE THEM. Thank you David, I really appreciate you being so supportive and kind. Susie
