I called Roto-Rooter to my home after a terrible disaster with my cinch home warranty. But James came to my rescue took care of the needs and was so polite and kind. This is what we need in our world. I wish this young man wonderful luck with this job Because this young man knows what he’s doing when it comes to plumbing issues.

The raised seat on my toilet was starting to be a bit unsteady. Carlos from roto-rooter was able to fix the problem. It did not take long. He was very pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again if we have any further plumbing problems.

We had a main line clog and when Roto Rooter showed up the technician, Wil, went right to work and diagnosed the problem. Within 15 minutes our line was cleared. Wil was a very polite and pleasant individual and knew exactly what the issue was upon arrival. I wouldn’t hesitate a moment to call them again if needed.

I was very pleased that Chris was able to come out within 2 hours on a Saturday to make the initial inspection and get my main drain temporarily cleared, so I could use it until the repair was made. I was informed in a timely manner when to expect repairs and it was completed in a day and a half. Very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism exhibited by Chris, Carlos snd Mary.

I was scheduled the next day when I called for an appointment. I received a call informing me that the service man was on the way. He was right on time. I had a leaky outdoor faucet which another company told me that I would need to have a large hole cut into the side of my house to replace pipes. Will came up with another solution to replace the faucet without cutting into the wall. Will was professional, helpful and friendly. The faucet is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
