Silverado techs, Eric and Eli, installed our new Culligan soft water tank today and did an excellent job. They arrived on time including beforehand calls and were very friendly as well as knowledgeable about the system. They represented Silverado well. I'm sure plumbing calls would be handled the same way. I appreciated them taking time to wrap the pipes. Thanks Eric and Eli, for a job well done!

Daniel Jordan arrived as schedule and fixed a sewer problem that another company could not in four days. Daniel fixed the issue in 3 hours. He was knowledgeable and determined. He listened, quickly went to work keeping us informed every step of the way. The price was very reasonable. Many thanks to Daniel and his competence. To say we were pleased with this company is an under statement.

Nobody wants to have any reason to be googling “plumber” on a Saturday or Sunday, but if you’re here reading this, you’re probably in urgent need of plumbing services as I was. I’ve hired Silverado twice now, once in 2020 (plumber named Tony Hall), again a week ago (Nov 2024, plumber named Manny Medina), and both experiences were good. They were timely (showed up within 2 hours of my call), professional, respectful of my home, efficient, competent, communicated clearly, and the prices were reasonable. The first job, during the worst of the pandemic, I was repairing a guest bath toilet and needed to change the feeder line, but then discovered that the wall valve was obsolete and hadn’t been made in years. Unfortunately I didn’t have a compression ring puller for a ring that close to the wall… and now the water to the whole house is off. Called Silverado — Tony had the job done in short order and even reviewed / gave me tips about the new toilet fill valve I had just installed. Second job, a week ago I wake up at 6am to the hissing sound of running water. There’s a pinhole leak in a wall of the master bath. Again, shut off the water and call the same people I used last time — Silverado — after checking their Google ratings were still good. Again, about two hours later Manny shows up, rapidly finds and repairs the issue, all in about an hour’s time. Hopefully I’ll never need to be calling a plumber again, but in case I do, I won’t need Google — I’ll just call Silverado straightaway. We have an older home our shower drain backed up. We tried to fix it our selves without any luck. We called Silverado Plumbing.they sent out a plumber the same day. Keith was very informative, efficient and professional. The cost was very reasonable. We will be using Silverado for all our plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Silverado awhile back thus I called Silverado again for a pluming urgency. Daniel was our plumber today and solidified my decision to continue with Silverado. The work need to be performed was explained well and the work work was professional. I had to leave at 4p while my two toddlers were with the sitter. I had no reservations about Daniel performing the work while I was gone and my sitter said all was good. So thank you Daniel and Silverado for great service!
