I was extremely impressed with Luis' professionalism and knowledge. His work performance today was unrivaled. He arrived, confirmed the work request, isolated the problems and resolved the hot water issue that eluded prior plumbers from other companies. He explained the actions taken and allowed me to test his "work" before leaving my home. I was extremely impressed with Israel work performance. Your technician kept me well informed on every step as worked progressed to remove and temporary relocate the water heater. Israel informed me that all connections were fastened tightly and inspected the work prior to leaving my home. I would highly recommend others to use TAZ Plumbing and to expect to receive great service from their knowledgeable plumbers. TAZ came out to address an issue with my loose kitchen faucet handle. They were quickly able to identify the root cause -- someone had previously "glued" the handle on -- without having to take the faucet apart. I'm very grateful they were knowledgeable enough to see that and not leave me waiting for parts/replacement and a non-functioning faucet!

I had a broken waterline and then the hot water heater stopped. Ivan and Israel were great. After digging the trench for waterline , you would never know the ground was disturbed. Hot water heater problems. Was a insurance company problem but was fixed in a jiffy. These guys are hard workers and honest. 5 stars all the way.

Israel was great!! My home warranty sent Taz Plumbing here for my water heater issue. As usual, my warranty does not cover a new water heater unless it's leaking. I ended up paying out of pocket for a new heater and install, which it is what it is. I got same day service; Israel was here in under 2 hours of my service call. After assessing situation, I agreed to heater, he went to get it, came back, and installed it. He is a very professional, and courteous man! I am very happy with the service from start to finish!

Will was fantastic to work with! He was prompt with his arrival and worked quickly and efficiently to get our toilet fixed in a short amount of time. We are very grateful! 😊
