Caesar and Elliott installed a garbage disposal and re plumbed our kitchen sink. He was very professional and courteous. They left the area clean and explained everything that they did. I use Temperature Control for my AC, plumbing and Electrical work that I need. I have always been satisfied with the quality of service that they provide me.

Eddie and Antonio installed a new water softener at my home in Saddlebrooke last week, and they did a great job. They were polite, efficient, and professional. Temperature Control Inc. is a great company to work with. The receptionists, John (the one who provides the estimates - also very product-knowledgeable), and the installers... all great to work with. And a reasonable price too!

This is a great company. I bought my current HVAC system from them several years ago. Temp-Control has always been great with performing regular service and occasional warranty repairs. Recently, Jeff and Tyler replaced the cooling coil unit. They did a great job, showed up at the agreed time and were very knowledgeable about the system. I continue to rely on Temp-Control for my ongoing service needs.

We had a wonderful service call from Elieser Rosales. We have a heat pump system and have had the same issue on and off for several years. We have had multiple techs from other companies out and they all say they don’t know what is wrong and that they cannot help. Eli actually advised us of the issue and our options to correct it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and for the first time we had a clear understanding of the issue! We are very grateful and will recommend him and this company in the future.

Technician Eli Rosales arrived just as scheduled. His introduction was very professional, and he explained exactly what he was going to do. At the end of his service he gave A very complete service review including photos of the service. Additionally, he recommended Installation of a surge protector as a result, as a result of finding initial indication of urge issues in the HVAC controls. At the end, his sales approach was informative and not excessive. I’ll be asking for Eli next time.

Eliott and Carlos came out to install a whole house water treatment system. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The job was neatly done and the work area was spotless when they left.

The Technician that serviced my system, Eliezer Rosales, was the epitome of professionalism. He was extremely thorough, informing me of the status of my system, ways to optimize performance, how I might extend the system life cycle, as well as potential problem areas. All that and he has a wonderful personality. I am much more comfortable with and confident in the performance of my system. My only recommendation is, clone him!

Julian was the Best. He was friendly & thorough, explaining everything as he was going along. It was a lovely day so we discussed options while standing in the front yard. Thank you Julian... Sherry
