Joe cleared up a shower drain that I think was probably 70 years old, had it running like new. And THEN he was sure to clean up his workspace, leaving the bathroom more tidy than when he had arrived. Very respectful, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Would leave a 10/10 if I could.
