Our Tech Michael provided an honest opinion and various options from just replacing the blower to buying a new unit altogether. Ultimately, a new unit was the best choice for us long term. The company over performed based on my expectations. We are very happy with the performance of the unit and the install. A big plus for us was that Western States sells and installs Carrier units. The dual fan design works really well for our house!

This company did a great job, we were in need of a new ac unit they came out & assessed the problem on Saturday and told me they’d be here at eight in the morning on Monday to install the new unit. They were not a minute late. They did a great job cleaned up after themselves. And did it very quickly unit works great. The only reason I didn’t give them. A five star is because of their lack of communication skills. Which can be easily fixed. Thank you again for all your help guys. We will be using you in the future. Brandon was an exceptionally courteous technician. He arrived promptly for his appointment and took the time to summarize his findings after the inspection. He offered me a couple of options for installing a condensate switch and a surge protector to safeguard my units, but he was never aggressive about it. Brandon informed me that if I ever decided to proceed with these installations, I could simply give them a call to arrange it. I hope Brandon will be my regular technician.

Have been using this company for many years and they always provide excellent service. They are dependable and trustworthy. It's good that they always dispatch the same engineer to do the AC/heater review so the person knows the history and doesn't have to check the log book - Jason Hagerty and Ken Lewis are the two constant visitors and my wife and I know them so well. And of course the company does more than AC service. Once our water heater broke and we called them for help, they showed the same day and installed a new one. Every house should have this company as their home service company. I am not sure they do roof service though.

I had Western States Home Services add insulation to my attic 3 years ago. I recently found the insulation blew 6 feet away from my two 2-foot gable vents. Matt came out to inspect the problem. He took about 2 hours to remove the gable vents, level the insulation, and cover the area close to the gable vent opening to prevent the problem from happening again. Doing this from a ladder was no easy task. He did a great job and they didn’t charge me anything!
