Just had Zach out to fix a broken gate valve. Came out same day and got us fixed up for a reasonable price. Got us all fixed up and water flowing again. Thanks!

I was a longtime customer. The last job they did, they left a hole in my wall bugs got into my home. Still wanted to use them remembering good service in the past. Well they scheduled me, didn’t show up, didn’t call or text or answer my several texts and calls. So they basically ghosted me. The last text I wrote them- I told them I would be reviewing them online- still haven’t heard back. TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I found someone else to take care of my plumbing

Thank you Ward plumbing! I was told by another company that I have a really old sewer line. I was thinking that I had a sewer leak with some of the deck cracking/wall cracking we are having. They came out and confirmed for me that I did not have an old sewer line and that all is good! I am so thankful for the honesty and information! I will be using you for anything that may come up in the future!

We had a massive leak in a pipe under the foundation. It’s not something a homeowner ever wants to hear that the foundation has to be dug up along with ripping out the flooring and try to find the leak. Zach and Josh at Ward plumbing came to the rescue! They were completely amazing! This was not an easy job because so much water had been leaking in the ground underneath our house. They took out at least 100 gallons of water and had to pump it out. They figured out the issue and did such an amazing job! We highly highly recommend them! Excellent service!
