100% recommend Mid-Town Plumbing. They had someone out the same day and issue fixed. Had names and numbers on hand of additional businesses to help our repair process that was outside of their expertise. Hayden was very professional, knowledgeable, and fast working!

I called them yesterday after 5 pm for a leaking water heater. They quoted a price that was a lot better than I had expected. I have two sons who are plumbers in Tennessee and they couldn't believe the price I was quoted.They were able to come out this morning at 8 am and had my new water heater installed in 2 hours. Grayson did an excellent job. He was polite and thorough. I would highly recommend Mid-Town plumbing.

Just want to RAVE on Mid-Town Plumbing. I called this morning for a kitchen disposal that wasn’t resetting, thus not working. I don’t know the name of the nice lady that answered the phone, but she was super friendly and very helpful in setting up an appointment. She said they could have someone out same day (Absoluetly AMAZING) and that they would call before they came. Not even 45 min later, a young man by the name of Coy called to inform that he was on his way. I explained that I would be leaving but my mother would be there (it was for her kitchen sink). He was prompt and very efficient at his job, identifying the problem immediately. Once he completed the job, he made sure to call me to let me know what the issue was and that it was all fixed. What great customer service from the minute the phone was answered to the completion of the job. Thank you to such a great company!! I know who to call for all my future plumbing needs.

Hayden and his co-worker were very professional, punctual and courteous. They were able to re-plumb our house with minimal disruptions and no mess. They were very organized and efficient throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Mid-Town Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Jay and Lucas are absolute lifesavers! During this recent ice storm, they went above and beyond to help us clear our sewer line—even climbing onto the roof to run a camera through our plumbing. On top of that, they managed to locate our house’s cleanout, which multiple other plumbers haven't been able to find. They were professional, thorough, and were super nice to our two little ones. If you need reliable plumbers who actually get the job done, Midtown is the way to go! UPDATE: for the third time, our sewer line is backed up. Just be aware that if they fail to actually clean out your drain, you will be charged a service call fee and/or emergency fee every time they have come back out and try to actually fix the problem.

We had a new tankless water heater put in. Excellent service. We also got the maintenance agreement, free for the first year, and just a week after installing the water heater they came out to inspect ALL of our plumbing. They will also come out to winterize. So happy with Mid-Town Plumbing.

Today, Jay B. alleviated my fears of the hot water heater installed in the attic falling from its precarious perch, crashing through the ceiling, and wreaking all sorts of damage to my home. Previously, an inspector reported that the incompetent builder of this development had allowed this HWH to be installed incorrectly onto a flimsy piece of plywood that was not secured. First of all, isn’t there a better place to install a water heater in this house than the attic? This is not my only example of shoddy workmanship being ignored by this builder (e.g., a huge chandelier falling onto the floor in the entryway out of the clear blue for no reason —except shoddy workmanship). Jay, through skilled carpentry as well as excellent plumbing skills, built a sturdy platform for the HWH and secured the device within the attic, thus allowing me to be able to sleep more soundly tonight. In addition to all this hard work, he also had time to replace the kitchen faucet. And the cherry on top? He did this all with a kind, respectful attitude and a smile on his face. He’s really a great guy! I highly recommend Jay and Mid-Town Plumbing to you and commend Mid-Town Plumbing for having Jay on their team!

Transparent service, they evaluated our issue and took care of the issue and provided maintenance on the requested service. Coy was very professional and explained the process and what he was doing.
