Sam is great. This is the second time he has been to my house. He explains what he is doing and why and is willing to answer any questions you have. I had the best techs. They removed 2 water heaters and combined my house into just 1 heater and did a wonderful job and didn't leave a mess behind. Would suggest this company and will to anyone

Nathaniel Gilmore was very efficient. He performed the electrical work in a very professional manner, provided explanations to what was being done, was very knowledgeable and polite. His personality was pleasant as well. As a young professional I recommend him highly. As usual, Ryan was excellent. Explained the issue at hand and gave us step by step instructions on what to do next.

Josh and Rick were both great. They came in, had to deal with all kinds of unexpected problems and stayed cool and handled it. Old water heater out, new one in. I really appreciate their hard work and easy-going attitudes. I will use them again.

Rick is awesome! Went above & beyond. He figured a way to put a shutoff valve next to the water heater. Replaced 3 valves & when the faucet plastic nut disintegrated, he went to the store & got a faucet. Totally reasonable & affordable. Never made me feel dumb about the questions I had. Definitely about making things better for people. Not like these too big for their britches companies that are all about profit over people. Update: Ryan & Nathan installed a new bathroom fan. They were so fast & efficient. They even went to the store & got the fan after they helped me pick the right one on the website. I can't forget Michelle, the scheduler/dispatcher. A delight to work with!

My appointment with Complete Plumbing & Electric Solutions, LLC was fabulous!!! They came quickly and with awesome personalities. I felt so bad and they lifted my spirits with their can-do attitude and jolly personalities. My problem was fixed within thirty minutes. They were my second opinion. My first opinion made me feel overwhelmed and hopeless. I wish that they were the first. I almost started to cry when Joshua Brewer told me that he was getting the part. Joshua and Adam Cornick are a great duo. They make you laugh and smile when you hear them. Plus knowing their job makes for one awesome experience. We woke up to a busted hot water heater on one of the coldest days of the artic blast. My husband contacted Complete Electric after reading the positive Google reviews and we agree! Sam, our technician was here within an hour and the job was done the same afternoon. Excellent customer service...honest with reliable work. So glad my husband found y'all. We'll be customers for life with this level of service and affordability. Can't say enough good things about the experience. Thanks!

If you don’t have a favorite electrician saved to your contacts, you’ve either not had any electrical needs, OR you just haven’t looked enough. Complete Electrical Solutions has been out to our house on 4 separate jobs—a new light for a dimly lit closet, rewired a front door sconce, a light fixture in our pantry that was hanging by its connection wires (home newly built…new construction electrician never anchored fixture to the ceiling), and replaced a ring doorbell that was installed improperly by another company. These guys are great! Their communication is the best I’ve ever seen, beginning with the office staff. Their work is impeccable. And their prices are more than fair. They also do fantastic plumbing and will be using them for ALL electrical & plumbing requirements going forward. I’ve also recommended them to friends and have received the same results and feedback.
