I had an issue with my new water heater and Rheem assigned AccuFlow to fix the problem. They called me ahead of time, so we could arrange a convenient time for the service call. They called ahead and were on time. The crew were polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Phenomenal customer service. My 4 yr old tankless water heater (Rheem) failed at 9pm. I called AccuFlow Plumbing @ 7am the next morning for help. They arrived @ 10am and I had hot water by 10:30am after replacing the main control board. They took care of the warranty of the parts and flushed the system for calcium buildup! Thanks Mickey ... you did great. Highly recommend.

I have used Accuflow plumbing several times at my place and just had to use them again yesterday. I have found them to be prompt, skilled and extremely professional. Their pricing is fair and they make every effort to help you out promptly when you have an emergency. called accuflow plumbing for second opinion for quote to replace our broken shower faucet. mike answered my call and give him a brief description about the broken faucet and send him a couple of pictures to what it looks like. from there, he was able to give me a reasonable price quote for replacing the broken faucet. he was able to schedule me the following day between 9am-1pm. Dave (technican) and his other colleague gives me a courtesy call about their ETA. they came through earlier than the set schedule which i like it. dave and his colleague was able to fix our broken faucet that i fail to fix it. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the plumbing service I received. The professionalism, and efficiency met my expectations. I highly recommend this family own business plumbing service to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy plumbers. I'll definitely be reaching out to them again for any future plumbing needs.

To unplug Sewer line service Accuflow plumbing must be the Cadillac standard because they sure do charge a lot to unplug a sewer. To unplug my mother‘s sewer line we were charged $210 to run approximately 50 ft of cable. They were responsive, but as I told my sister always get quotes 1st to get best price for service. She hopefully learned a lesson. So I am changing my review to 5 star, I received call from manager at Accuflow received added info for service request and I felt needed to change review to 5 stars. Much appreciated for time to explain. Ok my mom’s sewer plugged again. I called and it would have been full price for new service. Other plumber came out and found paper 5’ upstream from clean out. I am changing back to 4 star

I am absolutely happy with the service from AccuFlow Plumbing! Mike and his team are an excellent team that was able to fix my problem right away! I highly recommend them! It is hard to find great people with great work ethic and I found my go to plumber company for my future needs :) thank you!

Awesome customer service. I had problem with my tankless water heater and Mike gave me instructions to make a quick fix without him even having to come to my house. I will definitely call Mike on my next plumbing issue.

I have an issue with my water heater, and Mike sent out someone the very next morning. On Saturday I was still experiencing issues and spoke with customer service. I did not have a great experience with customer service, but Mike contacted be back as soon as he returned to the office to fix my problem. I would give Mike 5 stars, but my rating is 4 stars due to The customer service representative that I spoke to on Saturday.
