Very happy I found this company! Friday night needed a plumber at a reasonable time and cost. They were here in an hour with a wonderful tech ready to do the job! No B.S. like this other companies are who wanna charge $$$! I will be using them in the future and send more business their way.

Two days ago,my shower broke, and there was a water leak.Based on a previous bad experience, I didn't want to use an online service request. Instead, I drove to the nearest Home Depot to try my luck finding a plumber. With in two minutes parking I saw a professional plumber's van pull in to the lot.I immediately approached the van, and that's when I met Angel. I can't say enough about how well he treated me.That same afternoon, he sent Ruben, who quickly fixed my shower issue. They were both highly professional and trustworthy. Nothing but great things to say about the service and our plumber Angel. Had an old stuck shower arm that needed replacing, and he not only did that in just a few minutes but also placed the new shower head on for us to make sure there were no leaks. He also provided helpful tips for future DIY projects and was so friendly throughout the service. Highly recommend Big Brother's Plumping and Angel!

Jesus returned bathroom functions to our household <3. We had called another plumber the day prior, which was not able to completly solve our problem. Big Brother, was very transparent with costs & timing. Jesus, was helpful, kind and educational. Having just bought a year ago, I didnt know all the ins and outs, but he helped me understand where our main clean out was located, did the service and checked multiple times everything was clean. So far, Big Brother has been the better experience of 5 different plumbers in alameda of the last 4 years.

Jesus Espinoza came to our apartment to fix faucet in the kitchen and he did an excellent job. We had issue with our faucet for few days. Now we are relieved and didn’t have to worry about the water leakage from our faucet anymore. Couldn’t ask for better plumber than Jesus Espinoza.

HIGHLY recommend Big Brother Plumbing. Everything from customer service to the technician, Jesus was the best I have experienced. Jesus clearly communicated what he was going to do (we had a new toilet installed) and was very thoughtful about making sure he did not disrupt or leave anything dirty during or after he finished.

Jesus E was so professional, polite, punctual, and fast! He explained everything that was happening with the replacement of the garbage disposal. He taught me about an appliance that's in my kitchen that I really didn't know anything about. Great guy, a wonderful,.knowledgeable guy. Kj

Angel was amazing! Very calm & professional compared to me who was in a panic over a failed water heater w/water everywhere. Angel was very clear about the costs & came out the same day. Ruben & Jesus installed the new water heater the same day I called & passed the city’s permit inspection the next day, no problems at all. Angel also gave me great advice on a new faucet for my bathroom. Would definitely use this company again! I felt well taken care of & really appreciated their speed & quality of service. Thanks!
