I had noticed an increase on my water bill. Jim came out and found the slab leak quickly. The next day Abel came out and fixed 2 leaking pipes. This company responds quickly and the problem was fixed the next day. The best way to fix the pipe was a reroute through the wall. I would definitely use them again.

Mason and his apprentice arrived promptly, worked diligently, and answered all my questions. The problem was located and the options were clearly explained to me. I especially appreciated the manner in which he guided his 'pupil.' I'm sure the followup repairs will be accomplished with no worries on my part. Hello Jimmy Padilla is an excellent worker. Kind, professional, clean and responded and gave a summary of findings on a way I could understand. Much appreciated Padillas work and service. However, the lady that answered the phone, was not professional. Remember, she is the first impression of your business towards your customers. If it wasn't because farmers insurance sent this job to be done, I would have chosen a different leaking company just because of her. She needs to learn how to speak to customers on the phone, being polite and with kindness. Just trying to help your business.

Jim was awesome, he was very professional, knows all his stuff and more. American Leak Detection is so lucky to have him. He works Saturdays too. Overall a great person working for a great company.

Michael clearly explained all our problem areas in addition he send us videos of those area with an explanation. He and his intern were very friendly, polite and thorough.
