Orlando was great at explaining why certain services were worth doing and which ones were most critical. We had a hot water leak and he was able to find and repair the leak quickly. He recommended that we replace out valves throughout the house and our water heater which were all in pretty bad shape. He was thorough and efficient, once they had all the parts Orlando and his partner finished all the work replacing the valves and water heater in just under 2 hours. Afterward he took the time to show us the work and give tips on keeping good maintenance not only for the water heater but for the new valves as well. Highly recommended, will likely be making a call to work with Orlando again for an even larger job.

This was our first time using the service from Barker and Sons Plumbing &Rooter, and it was a great experience. Our technician, James K., was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done well. He arrived on time and we were notified in advance about his arrival. He explained the issue to us and provided some maintenance advice. He was very respectful of our property. Overall, we are very pleased with James K. and the service. We will definitely recommend Barker & Sons services to our friends and neighbors.

Have called Barker and Sons multiple times to help deal with plumbing issues at our 1960s residence. They had the best price, service, and response / project time when it came to getting things fixed. We’ve done a complete repipe of the house, had to redo the sewer line to one side of the house, and regular maintenance repair. Each time has been a great experience working with the guys at Barker - especially Peter and Benito.

Last night my shower stopped draining and this morning I called Barker & Sons Plumbing to request an appointment. I wanted to call them based on the many positive reviews and ratings they had. Sure enough, they didn’t disappoint. Everyone that I dealt with was very nice and very professional. I called at 8:00 am for an appointment and their technician Isaiah was at my door at 10:30. Isaiah diagnosed the problem quickly and performed the service quickly, all while being very careful not to get anything wet or dirty. He was also very respectful in how he spoke to us and how he explained their work flow. Isaiah was a real pleasure to have in our home. The cost of the service was also very reasonable. I liked them enough to ask them to come back and quote me the cost to replace my aging water softener system. Again, impeccable customer service. I love this CO. This time, Javier & Noel installed a soft water system throughout my home. They both are highly knowledgeable, professional & on top of that, they're kind and very personable. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Barker and Sons Plumbing was a good company to work with. I was impressed with Samuel Gutierrez. He came out and inspected my kitchen clean out line with a camera. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my specific issue. There was no high pressure sales, he gave me options for resolving my plumbing problem. Orlando with Barker and Sons was amazing! Super friendly, even saved a life in the neighborhood on his way home. Great guy! He was very professional and his prices and services were amazing as well. We needed our house pipes to be completely redone. The day after he gave us the quote, they started the job and he really went above and beyond to finish the job in one day! Orlando is the best! For sure if you are ever in need of a plumber, this is the company you want to go with.

We had an emergency leak where the PVC piping connects to the copper piping near the shut off valve outside the house and after reading reviews decided to go with Barker & Sons in the Orange County area. They responded as quickly as possible and had a technician out within 4 hours. Josh R. arrived at our house and was extremely professional throughout the process. He presented multiple options to solve our issue and got to work right away, finishing the same day. He also explained what caused the issue and made it very understandable for someone who knows little to nothing about plumbing. I would highly recommend the company and would welcome Josh back out to solve other plumbing solutions any day. Will definitely be using Barker & Sons again in the future.
