I had an excellent experience with B &B Plumbing. Booking the service was super easy. I was emailed a quote promptly. They were able to remove my old fiberglass insert tub/ shower quickly and efficiently. They made sure to clean everything up from the demolition. They installed my new bathtub pretty quickly. Communication was excellent as well, both from the plumbers and the main office. The plumbers were clean, kind, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Caesar and his team member were very professional and kept us informed of what they were doing and the findings as they worked. This is the 3rd time Caesar has done work for us and we appreciate having him every time.

I regret to report a highly unsatisfactory experience with B&B Plumbing. Despite scheduling a service call for a leaking bathroom toilet, the technicians primarily focused on non-urgent tasks, causing further damage to my plumbing fixtures. The agreed-upon multitasking approach was neglected, resulting in an incomplete resolution for the initial plumbing issue. Additionally, mishandling during the installation process left me with unusable sink and shower fixtures. The technician's lack of preparedness, failure to address the core plumbing problem, and an unexpected charge of $1,400 for incomplete services have left me with considerable frustration and three dysfunctional bathrooms.

So happy with the work done by B & B plumbing. It was a very hard job. Pipes buried beneath the concrete. The company sent three knowledgeable employees to assess the problem, locate the pipes, remove the concrete and make the repair. It is always hard to have plumbing problems but I feel confident that we can rely on this very professional company again. Thank you B & B
