If it's plumbing, and it's broke, call Broke Plumbing! We had our Washing Machine and Kitchen Sink back up the day before Christmas Eve. We called Hugo, who responded very quickly and we were scheduled for the 26th (he was willing to come out on Christmas Day, but we felt that wasn't fair to him, so we asked for the next day). Our house was so messy from all the holiday craziness, and Hugo came in, worked around the mess, never complained and had a great vibe about him. He was honest, worked quickly, and had a positive attitude the whole time. The work was done on both drains after about 1 hour. The cost was very affordable. I've since saved his contact information in my phone under "Plumber". If I ever should need a plumber again, I'm going with Broke Plumbing. And I highly recommend that you do too. Thanks Hugo!

Hugo is who everyone wants when they ask for a "good and honest" plumber. He does great work, is reasonable, and he came same day for my emergency. I'm so glad I found him and adding him as a permanent contact. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

We had what we thought was a leak in our sprinkler system in the backyard, causing it to suddenly flood the backyard with no end in sight. I found Hugo through a quick online search and he came right away, even earlier than I expected. He was more than punctual, very communicative, and extremely professional. He didn't find any issues, just a valve that needed to be turned off, which we could physically see fixed the leaking right away. He did not charge us, despite coming down and still giving up his time to help us out. Everyone needs to call Hugo. When I first texted him, he responded right away and then worked around my schedule for a time to come by. He was able to come in and diagnose my problem, and then fix it immediately and quickly. He even offered to wear booties to protect the carpet. He’s very professional. I should have called him sooner since my leak was costing me a fortune in water bills.

Let me tell you, they are not made like Hugo. He is a special breed. He communicates well, he does what he says he’s going to do which is a rarity, and he’s just so fun to work with.
